As I frequently go through various outfits, and sometimes repeat, I try to always take progression pics. On the left was March 27th & on the right is today May 23rd... It's amazing when you can truly see your work manifest itself. It can get easy to become discouraged when you don't "notice" the changes, as you see yourself everyday. ughmareihmon I always wish I could tell people "it's easy", but the reality is that it's not... by any means. It's hard waking up for fasted cardio at 6am, being hungry and having to eat the same thing 4 times a day 7 days a week, it's not easy being motivated or feeling like meeting with your trainer who you know is going to kick your butt each and every day, or disregarding the pain and fatigue your body may be experiencing... What is easy is quitting and letting all of the "hard stuff" get the best of you! Like anything else in life, if it were easy everyone would be doing it. Perseverance, dedication, and hard work are what set me apart, I'm no longer average, and I don't think I'll ever go back. Sucking it up and pushing through these last 7 weeks! time to get excited, because it's all about to pay off... #JustWaitOnIt 1w

ughmareihmon I have a renewed spirit & an increased drive to keep going! Coach spoke life into me last night as she praised all of my hard work, but also reminded me how far I have to go. I'm no longer your average girl in the gym, but the only thing that will continue to set me apart is my work ethic & dedication Trying to go into my amateur show with a PRO body. Each leg day humbles me and more, little by little. As strong as I think I am & I'm getting, #LegDay always manages to knock that little chip off my shoulder. I'm mentally tested throughout my entire workout! I ALWAYS want to give up, but then I remember that there's someone out there doing more reps, more sets, & more weight with less complaints... & that usually does the trick My babies are growing & the hard work is paying off, but I just can't seem to work hard enough!

ughmareihmon when ya chasin ya dreams it can legit get lonely... Been so focused lately on getting me right that I haven't had time or the desire for anything or anyone that isn't contributing or helping me to reach my goals. After 45 minutes fasted cardio on the stair master early this morning it hit me just how lonely the journey can be. I've had to eliminate a lot of distractions, many of which have been people (they really will drain you of your energy). Pretty much have tunnel vision, and my I can see my goals get a little closer everyday. If it's not adding to, then it's taking away- remember that!   •   ughmareihmon changed my diet COMPLETELY, lots and lots of cardio (shhh, but the stair master is your best friend) at least 30 minutes a day, & weight lifting. Of course if you're not looking to get THAT serious, cardio and diet will do just fine! 2w
