uamodel12 Yoga has taught me so much over the past (almost) 3 years. I definitely wouldn't be where I am today both physically and mentally without it. It has taught me not only how to experience life off the mat but also how to experience myself. I am more loving and less judgemental of myself, I am more calm and less stressed in situations I can't control and I am able to workout as much as I do because it has taught me to take care of myself. uamodel12 My morning ritual is to have a cup of coffee while checking my calendar and important emails before heading to the gym. Doing those 4 things first thing in the morning sets the tone for the rest of my day. If I don't start (at least my weekdays) off this way I feel off for the rest of the day.
