  •   tsaykosy Macro counting. 350 to 400g for carbs, 175g of protein, 30g of fiber, 75 to 100g of fat I gotta lower my fat a little bit getting a little fluffy on the stomach area. I don't take any gainers, testosterone or hormone enhancers. Just regular whey protein, generic body building brand creatine and pre workout. No explode or c4. Usually I take in 3,000 to 3,200 calories a day and I eat whatever I want as long as it fits my macros. @ohitsjakeryan 1mon

  •   tsaykosy Yeah for sure just hit me up. I take no explode or c4. Either one works fine for me but I also take beta alanine which is the main ingredient in pre work outs that make you jittery. One scoop of c4 and one scoop of beta alanine will get you on a good one. @ohitsjakeryan 1mon

1. These aren't real Work Equips, they're real Rotas LOL 2. Paint isn't perfect, driver side door and fender has a big paint chip.
3. Trunk and driver side tail light is fucked up from a hit and run from a double dump trunk.
4. My trunk leaks water so if yall wanna shower or go swimming, you're more than welcome to hop right in.
5. I broke my rear glass to my soft by playing basketball. Ball so hard.
6. I'm on my second windshield and already cracked it by throwing hot water on it.
7. Alignment is off and shreds through tires like no other. Burned through 4 pairs in a year due to fucked up alignment and not flipping my tires LOL.
8. I have a STYLISH BAR that's going to kill me one day. Major pain.
9. Even though my miata is a STO edition, it comes with an open diff but I drift it like its welded . 10. @midori_no_motor_ef peed on himself in my car while I drifted a corner LOL.

tsaykosy Today I ended my heavy cycle with sumo squats. 3 sets for 5 reps, last 2 sets I was only able to hit 2 reps but I'm proud that I was able to my PR as my actual sets. Currently I'm weighing at 180Ibs and sumo squatted 4 plates (405Ibs).   •   tsaykosy Thank you. 405Ibs is definitely heavy and takes time and patience to be able to hit it. Peoples body types are different and my lower half is definitely my strongest point. But then again I think the reason why my legs are so strong is from skateboarding for about 7 to 8 years. My upper half definitely needs more training than anything else but only time, patience, and macro counting can tell. You're looking real good though I've always saw your progression from the beginning even way before I started lifting. Keep it up cuz you're progression is amazing . @chrisktc 2mon
