truth2beingfit Introducing you to Andy. We have worked out in the same gyms for over 25 years. Like me, Andy has lifted #weights for 30+ years. He is 56 so younger than me. The #shoulder moves are great & watch how he changes the dumbbells for side raises. I also do a thumbs up move & a couple others I will record for you next week. I don't go quite as high personally with upright rows & I also vary my width.

It really works the #shoulders & front #delts. I work my shoulders from close to middle to wider. I want to hit it all EVERY SHOULDER WORKOUT.

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS:

1. Do NOT sacrafice form for more reps. Just work on it 1 rep at a time.

2. MAKE IT HARDER- put 1 foot over the other OR lift 1 leg up & squeeze glute at same time so doing it with just one foot touching #stabilityball. Do BOTH sides.

3. MAKE IT EASIER: Put shins on the ball rather than get up on toes like me.

Use smaller stability ball.

Go back to my other #pushups #videograms for my beginner push-ups suggestions.

4. AT HOME: Use stable furniture, couch, chair, table or head to playground!

This is a closer grip shoulder press DONE ON THE STANDING CALF MACHINE. I ALSO USE THE PADS BUT FOR HEALTH OF YOUR SHOULDERS, START WITH HANDLES. I HAVE MORE VARIATIONS TOMORROW FOR AT HOME PEOPLE.

I DO CLOSER GRIP SHOULDER PRESS IN EVERY SHOULDER #workout! I have for years & rarely do direct front #delts #deltoids work betw this & my chest workout. I also work my front delts with the olympic bar leg move I showed earlier in my #videograms.

I typically hold the DB at chest level but I am trying to hide my ugly EARLY #gym face. 😀 THIS WORKS #legs #innerthighs #glutes #core.
OTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE:

1. Inner thighs are your adductors. I work not only these 2 positions but I go out as far as a ballet plie - toes almost out to sides. I also work multiple positions in betw these two. It is all by feel too. MIND/MUSCLE LINK
2. You can see the inner thighs working. I do these feet positions with ALL leg moves from leg press to squats to sumo & plie squats to DB & barbell squats to Smith machine squats to hack squats. I vary my feet with all.
3. Saying above, I also do toes straight but vary from narrow to wide & also different placements on a leg press machine from low to high. Videos coming soon.
4. HOME: You can use anything you have available per my previous notes on my #videograms.
5. Start with no weight to get move & PROPER FORM FIRST.
6. If you have knee issues, please ONLY DO WHAT IS OK FOR YOU. SOME POSITIONS MAY NOT WORK. Only do what is right for you!

This was yesterday, my hardest cardio day. 15 minutes gradual warmup from 7.4 speed to 8. #HIIT #running cardio for 35 minutes, hill jogging for 10 minutes, 5 minutes HIIT again. I do dynamic leg swings for 40 seconds in between HIIT sessions rather than slow way down. Helps these old joints. Wearing @ymxbyyellowman top, @underarmour @underarmourwomen shorts, @hokaoneone #runningshoes, @_incrediwear knee braces & socks.
