  •   trusilence @jrpet89 Hey whats up man, one thing you want keep in mind when training the chest is making sure the front delts are not doing most of the work when working the chest. To help avoid that you want to make sure youre retracting our shoulder blades and squeezing your pecs while working the chest. Some good exercises that really work my chest are incline barbell and dumbbell press, incline cable flyes, and champagne press; these really work the upper chest to get a more defined 3D affect. Hopefully this helps bro, let me know if I can help with anything else. 1mon
