    Ingredients:
    2 cups of cauli rice
    1 egg
    1/3 cup of shredded cheese (I used Gruyere and Sharp Cheddar)
    1/4 cup grated Parm
    2 tbsp. almond flour
    1-2 tsp. oil (I used Sesame)
    Generous seasonng mixture of salt, pepper, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder
    Method:
    1) Pulse cooked cauli in food pro
    2) Drain excecss water out of cauli
    3) Pulse cheese (if not shredded) in food pro
    4) Add cheese to cauli rice, along with egg and oil
    5) Add almond flour and seasoning
    6) Kneed mixture together by hand so your tot "dough" is even
    7) Spray mini muffin tin with oil preference and form 24 balls of cauli tots
    8) Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
    9) Flip tots and bake another 15 minutes
    10) Remove and enjoy solo or with favorite dip/sauce of choice 5mon
