totallydondi I was on the #spartan website looking for some #cleaneating #recipes & they had one for #broccoli & #egg #muffins . I didn't want to use my stove so I used my toaster oven & a square pan instead.
6 eggs
broccoli
#coconut oil (to grease bottom of pan)
350° for 15 minutes
add cheese & broil for 2 minures
OR-- don't add any cheese/add mushrooms + onion... I am gonna try some clean brownie recipes this week as well (^=
