tkaiserpt Tonight I had a wonderful dinner. Grilled salmon , Kale, and fingerling potatoes. It was a great balance having my carb , protein, and veggie. The sauce I presumed was a little high on the fat side but overall the meal was excellent. Service quality was just so so so over all I give this experience a 4 out of 5 ! 2w

tkaiserpt Get that fat butt you dreamed of ( Not implying I have one or anything ) by making sure to squat! "When squatting sit back. Always start the Squat by sitting back first before you bend your knees. Think of sitting on a toilet – your hips always move first and go back, way back, to the rear. Sitting back engages your stronger hip muscles more, which is safer on your knees and allows you to Squat much heavier weights. Sitting back does NOT mean that your knees will not bend, they will. You just Squat down by moving your hips back first and while pushing your abs out. The stretch in your hamstrings will be bigger and they might get very sore the day after. Make sure you keep your lower back tight at the bottom so you don’t lose tension (I recommend Squat 2 Stands if you lack hip mobility for this)." Photo credit @jonnyboie 4w

Now I don't think I'm a very funny person but I do love a good laugh. It's really one of the things I enjoy most in life and it can be directly linked to a most positive health.

tkaiserpt Actually I did wake up like this ! I was feeling especially tired today so I took a 30 min nap! Did you know contrary to belief naps have tons of benefits. For one I increases alertness .
" A NASA study found that a 40 minute nap increases alertness by 100%. Other studies have found that a 20 minute nap is more effective than either 200 mg of caffeine or a bout of exercise. "
Naps date all the way to caveman times! The question is why don't Americans take them anymore? Quick yell out your best nap spot!

It was found that the people who ate the high fiber cracker would end up losing more weight at the end of the day!
