    yield: 32 brownies prep time: 30 minutes cook time: About 45 minutes total time: 1 hour 15 minutes
    INGREDIENTS:
    For the Graham Cracker Crust:
    3 cups graham cracker crumbs
    ¼ cup granulated sugar
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

    For the Brownies:
    Chewy Brownies recipe
    1 bag mini marshmallows
    Additional graham crackers, broken into pieces

    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9x13-inch baking pan. Line the pan with foil, leaving some overhang, and then butter the foil; set aside.

    2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and salt, mixing well. Add the melted butter and, using a fork, toss until the entire mixture is moist. Dump the graham cracker mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing it into an even layer. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

    3. Meanwhile, prepare your brownie recipe. Pour the brownie batter over the cooked graham cracker crust, spreading it into an even layer. Bake the brownies according to the directions.

    4. As soon as the brownies come out of the oven, switch the oven to broil. Pour the bag of mini marshmallows onto the brownies, covering it in an even layer. Pop the pan back in the oven for a few minutes. Keep a close eye on them - you want them to start to char so you get that s'mores flavor, but don't want to completely burn them.

    5. As soon as the pan comes out of the oven, top the marshmallow layer with the pieces of graham cracker, pressing down slightly so that the pieces of graham cracker get nestled into the marshmallow.

    6. Cool completely and then cut into squares. Store at room temperature in an airtight container. 2d

    1 cup canola oil
    1 cup sugar
    1 pound carrots (shredded or finely diced)
    4 eggs
    2 cups flour
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon water
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs, lemon juice, water, and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl then add to wet mixture. Add carrots.
    Grease pan or use cupcake liners.
    Bake on 350 degrees:
    9x13 pan - bake for 40 minutes
    Muffins - 20 minutes
    MINI MINI muffins 8-10 minutes 2d

  •   thejewishhostess Bon Apetit posted this recipe as protein bars but I found it difficult to cut evenly so I broke it up into chunks. I soaked and washed dried cranberries instead of dried cherries and added sesame seeds, flax seed, and unsweetened coconut to the mixture. 3d

    1 cup chopped almonds
    ½ cup raw quinoa, rinsed
    ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
    ¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
    1 cup dried tart cherries
    2 tablespoons brown rice syrup or maple syrup
    ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
    Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350°. Coat 8x8” baking pan with nonstick vegetable oil spray; line with parchment, leaving overhang on all sides. Toast almonds, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds on a rimmed baking sheet, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 10–12 minutes. Let cool.
    Reduce oven temperature to 200°. Process cherries, brown rice syrup, salt, and 2 Tbsp. water in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in toasted almond mixture. Press firmly into prepared pan and bake until no longer sticky, 20–25 minutes. Let cool, then cut into bars. 3d

  •   kayrash @charlottekashani @jacqelbaz i made homemade pizza dough i added cinnamon and sugar to make it mezonote in skillet 3 tbls earth balance melt down add 3/4 cup coconut sugar (called for 1/2 c packed brown sugar i swapped ) let disolve and bubble add 4 peeled and cut wedges of apples put into sauce. Cok aboit 8 min Preheat oven 450 i rolled out poked fork and toasted dough on bottom rack 10 min. Than w a slotted spoon place apple mixture on top of toasted dough bake on 450 for 10 min drizzle remaining sauce/syrup sprinkle w confectioners sugar eat enjoy 3d
