teresalopez Okay guys, here is a DELICIOUS smoothie recipe for 2 large servings: 250 g quark
A handful of spinach
1 dl of blackberries and blueberries
Half a kiwi
4 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I used @proteinworld's) 🍼
1-2 dl water (depending on the consistency you want) See the result on my blog

Mja så tätt inpå skulle jag rekommendera att träna mycket intervaller (både kondition och styrka) samt äta lite extra långsamma kolhydrater dagarna innan. Benen används mycket, speciellt i backar. Så tuffa backintervaller rekommenderar jag starkt så att man vänjer sig vid hög puls och mjölksyra Lycka till !! @rebeckafritz 1w
