tanyanling Day 7 - up on Dubrovnik's city walls! Felt surreal to be walking on history. Thankful that the bout of poor weather over the Easter weekend has passed. 1w

tanyanling Day 6 - day trip to Budva and Kotor, Montenegro. Climbed half of Kotor's city walls to the chapel that was built during the great plague to watch over the city. These walls stretch longer than that of Dubrovnik's. 1w

tanyanling Day 2 at Plitvice Lakes National Park, the oldest national park in Croatia and one of the UNESCO world heritage sites. Waited 2 hrs for the bus (bc we missed the previous one by 1min) + 4hr journey both ways + 6hr hike in sub-10deg rainy weather = a truly unforgettable experience in this breathtakingly beautiful place 2w

tanyanling Day 1 in Zagreb: In spite of the cold weather, our hearts were truly warmed by the hospitality of the locals especially when a man stopped to offer his help with directions when he saw us staring at our map probably looking confused. Finished walking through the entire Upper and Lower Towns in half a day, ooh&aah-ing at the surprises at almost every turn of the corner of this amazing city with so much to see and do. Super in love!! 2w

  •   tanyanling Joined colleagues just now at Sri Temasek to pay our last respects. May not wear my patriotism on my sleeve and may have complained one too many times about crowded trains and COEs, but I'm truly grateful for the safety, cleanliness, opportunities, education, and daily conveniences that Singapore has come to offer over the past 50 years. #THANKYOULKY, our founding father who has built us a home. #ProudtobeSingaporean 4w
