t1ttyfart So I don't like being that douche and posting fitness pics. But I did a 12 week program called Bikini Body Guide. It was killer. This was taken today. 1 full week after I finished it. Most people know I've struggled with weight in my past. Ups and downs. Lots of ups mostly (talking about the lbs) and gross loose skin. As of today, For probably the first time in my life, I am starting to see visible ab definition. I'm so excited so i had to post it. (Dont worry i wont do it all the time) im stokef to start the next round of #bbg. Planning on doing that today. 4w
