swamp_ophelia We are making bread rolls for lunch. Alice has perfected her own kneading method. It's unorthodox but she's convinced it works. 3h

swamp_ophelia Minty Jane happily tucks into the Chinese cabbage on her own, though does wonder if maybe she needs to work on her personal hygiene. How else to explain everyone keeping a wide berth from such a treat? 2d

swamp_ophelia Knitters learn from me. Do not accidentally felt your favourite alpaca cardigan as I did today. Carelessness led to this. I often use the wool cycle on my machine but today didn't look closely. Went outside and returned to find my beloved Cria cardigan utterly unwearable. A fraction of its size. I am so very upset. Lesson learned. Alpaca, it seems, felts beautifully. 7d
