sugarrandspice I'm sure many of y'all are just like me, working to be better(physically&mentally), fitter, stronger, faster, wiser I didn't start off being able to do half the things I can do now. Everyone's gotta start somewhere &there's about a million other things I can't do (yet) .
So here's one that I have yet to achieve. Hahah my first ever attempt at doing a human flag. It's pretty evident that I have a lot to work on.

White rice is fine but usually when it's compared to brown rice, brown rice is def better due to it's nutritional content. However, it's fine to have white rice, just don't forget to have it in moderation! for example, instead of having a full bowl of rice, you can ask for lesser rice instead. 4d
  •   sugarrandspice @santos.ruiz.18041 oh! Spot reduction is a myth&it's impossible when it comes to fats at the abdominal area. Instead of doing sit-ups and crunches, it will be good to have a combination of cardio and weights training :)) 4d

Decided that I should start doing some once/twice a week hahah Here's some exercises that targets the sides of your tummy (obliques). 5d
