Level 1 (low-impact): Step back one foot at a time into a plank, step forward & stand up
Level 2: Jump back into a plank & jump back up (you can also take the 2nd jump out)
Level 3: Jump back into a push-up & jump back up

styleworthwhile Finishing up my set of 135lbs! I used to be that weak skinny non-athletic girl throughout most of my life. If you asked me 5 years ago if I ever thought I would be able to do this, I would've said no for sure. Your body is capable of so much more than you think! So don't ever tell yourself you 'can't' do something. Don't be afraid to be a beginner. You might surprise yourself with what you can do if you decide to try. 1w
