sternmanrule What I love most about instagram is how global it is, so I can't wait to share my new website with you. I want to find out how you eat yogurt where *you* live, whether it's Tennessee or Timbuktu or someplace in between. Site link in my profile! @teamyogurt 2w
  •   arunimajoshua 'Boondi' (fried gram flour globules) is the best kind of raita for sure with red chilli powder and roasted coriander and cumin powder. It's a staple at very meal at home, yes, India. :) 2w
  •   arunimajoshua My Mom roasts both the coriander and cumin powder together on a pan. It gives this really rich, smoky flavour. 2w
  •   sternmanrule @arunimajoshua Lovely! I hope you'll visit TeamYogurt.com. Lots of ideas there, too, for yogurt dishes across world cuisines. Contributor @shefskitchen actually has a raita recipe there that uses roasted cumin, though I like that your mom roasts cumin + coriander together. And I've tried boondi (the packaged kind). It's tasty! 2w
  •   arunimajoshua Will do. I'm a sucker for yogurt! I can eat it plain any time of the day. You have got to try boondi ka raita though, with a vegetarian Indian meal. 2w
  •   sternmanrule @arunimajoshua I've tried it in raita! It's really good, and different cause of the texture of the boondi:) 2w
  •   arunimajoshua I know, right? :) 2w
  •   shefskitchen Boondi raita is fantastic! But certainly a more acquired taste for those not Indian or not used to savory yogurt preparations. Yay #teamyogurt ! 1w
