stephenieeeee Every day can be FRY-DAY if you want it to be! Here's my recipe for my baked spiced sweet potato fries if you want to try: 1) preheat the oven to 450F (~220C). 2) cut sweet potato into strips more or less the same size (not too thick to avoid soggy fries) 3) season generously with cinnamon, cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt, and just enough olive oil to coat each fry lightly. The key is to not drown the fries in oil so they can get crispy. 4) spread the fries on a baking sheet sprayed with PAM (or olive oil). Make sure not to overcrowd them!! Make them in two batches if necessary, but don't overcrowd or they'll steam. 5) Pop them in the oven for 20-25 mins, flipping the fries halfway. 6) try to let them cool for a few minutes (I always fail at this step) ENJOY! 1w

I wanted to experiment today, so I made some banana spinach pancakes, spread kakao mixed with coconut milk in between layers and topped it off with agave nectar. Love the color and I didn't taste the spinach at all! Nomnommmm. What would I do without my holy grail vitamix?! 2w

stephenieeeee Homemade honey roasted walnuts sprinkled with sesame my addiction. Roast walnuts for 8-12mins at 165C on parchment paper. Toss them halfway through. In a pan, pour some honey and allow to melt on low heat. Pour the walnuts into the pan and toss them until well coated. Sprinkle on some white sesame and throw them back into the oven for another 8-12 mins or until golden. Good luck trying not to finish these in one sitting 2w

I spent Valentine's day with Diane eating sushi and warm cinnamon/chocolate rolls from Zeit für Brot, shopping at Zeil, and watching 50 shades of grey. stephenieeeee I'll let you set the pace, cause I'm not thinking straight All ingredients for this 3 minute protein bar are shown. Just wing it and throw in whatever, it'll taste amazing regardless! I pulsed it on variable 5 three times and turned it to 10 and then high, then pressed it down with the tamper until blended. After I dumped it into a container and pressed it into an even layer, I refrigerated it overnight and cut it into bars in the morning. Enjoy your healthy no bake 3 minute brownies! 3w
