stephenieeeee Veggie meal prep, super easy and I'm always soooo glad I spent the time to make my food ahead of time when I just grab it from the fridge and heat it up whenever I'm hungry rather than grabbing for a convenient craving. The most work put into making this is just washing and chopping up the veggies, but don't be lazzzzy! It's totally worth it and will last for 3-4 meals. The best feeling is killing your workout and knowing it'll take effect because you didn't slack off on diet and nutrition. Instructions for how to make this are in a previous post. How to: dice 4 red tomatoes, 1/2 large onion and a handful of cilantro leaves (separate the leaves from the stem). Mix in a dash of salt and pepper and freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon. stephenieeeee FOOOOOOOD. 🏼 How to: Dice 2 chicken breasts and season with cumin and paprika powder. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over and mix. While the chicken breast marinates, cut up one red onion, one small broccoli florette, 2 medium tomatoes, 15 mushrooms and then halve orange cherry tomatoes. Sauté the red onion for 1-2 mins and add diced chicken. Cook until all sides are white and start throwing in the veggies (broccoli, tomatoes, then mushrooms). Cover and let simmer for 5-8 mins stirring once or twice in between. Enjoy! #stephenietreats 5d

stephenieeeee Pan seared sriracha and lemon chicken salad with goat cheese. 🏼 How to: marinate chicken breast in Sriracha and lemon juice overnight or for 15 mins if you can't wait . stephenieeeee Home made burritos. Just veggies, salsa, yogurt and some grated cheese. How to: Heat up a tortilla and sprinkle some grated cheese on top, allow to melt and then transfer to a sheet of aluminum foil and wrap. Add lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onions, salsa and greek yogurt. For the salsa, chop tomatoes, red onion and cilantro, then mix in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Enjoy!! #stephenietreats 2w

stephenieeeee Working on my invert. Not quite there, but close! A month ago, even lifting my legs up to my chest for 5 seconds was difficult and I couldn't find the tipping point no matter how hard I tried, but here I am 😀! I've learned to keep trying, no matter how many failed attempts and to be consistent. Failing can be discouraging, but once you see a tiny bit of progress, it pushes you to try even harder. Just keep going!!! thanks to @dirdybirdy @recklessraina and @deadlysuicide for being so supportive and inspirational 2w

Some things that helped me were 1) trying to hook my legs up by swinging them up so I could get used to using my lower abs 2) pulling down on the pole so that my elbows were pointing towards the floor 3) using my bicep to squeeze the pole. Also, I suggest building strength! I couldn't do an invert when I stopped working out but once I started doing Kayla Itsine's beach body guide again I was about to hold myself for longer and bring my knees up to my chest. You can check #bbg for strength exercises. 2w

stephenieeeee Cinnamon apple oats with coconut shreddings. How to: cut up half of an apple and place in a non stick pan with some coconut or brown sugar. Let the sugar melt and add cinnamon, leave to cook for a few minutes (until the apple has softened). Add water if necessary. Place on top of oats and sprinkle with coconut shreddings. stephenieeeee Super easy baked parmesan chicken breast strips with avocado mustard. How to: Dip washed and dried chicken breast strips into a beaten egg, roll in parmesan and bread crumb mixture and bake for 20 mins or until it's golden brown. Check the inside for doneness. For the dipping sauce, mash one avocado and stir in some mustard. Enjoy! #stephenietreats 2w
