stephenieeeee There are a few moments in my life that I wish I could relive. One of them is eating tonight's dinner. Chicken breast in asian garlic bean paste, rice, onions and paprika, spinach, and fine string beans to fuel me up for arm day! I feel so much better eating healthy, working out, sleeping well, and drinking more water. This is the way to go. All it takes is discipline. 4d

stephenieeeee Finished 60kg 5x5 squats today! Squats are my best friend. I always dread increasing the weights in fear of failing, but I do it anyway. Somehow I manage to finish the sets, even if it means nearly failing on the last rep. Sometimes when I feel like I'll fail, I think about skipping the gym and just pushing my whole schedule back a day just to postpone the fear, but I always remind myself that the only bad workout is the one you didn't do.You're doing more than sitting at home in front of your computer or TV, so be proud! stephenieeeee BAM Breakfast game on today Pancakes: 1/3 cup oat flour (made in my vitamix), 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 banana, 2 eggs, a few drops of vanilla extract, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. I used pomegranate greek yogurt and spread it between the layers of pancakes, then topped it off with banana, strawberries, honey, and later a bit of cinnamon. In prep for leg day 7d

stephenieeeee Frühstück ️ An omelette and some fruits and veggies as sides to start the day! The omelette is just one whole egg and three egg whites. I added some spinach at the end and folded the omelette over to wilt the spinach. No salt, just topped with ground pepper and some avocado. For the sides I just chopped up some veggies and sprinkled cinnamon on the strawberries that were drizzled with honey. Leckerrrrr! 1w

I really enjoy making my food look as beautiful as it tastes Nice cream recipe: 1 frozen banana, 3 frozen strawberries, a few frozen green grapes, 1 tablespoon of greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds. Thinly slice kiwi and place on the side of the cup, layer yogurt and nice cream and top with frozen blueberries I don't know when making food pretty started becoming an obsession but I guess it's a healthy addiction! 😛 Can't wait to get back to Shanghai and make this for friends! 👬👭👬👭 1w
