stephaniebaldi Superfood Pudding | Cacao + Maca Chia Pudding.
I loved this breakfast. Yesterday afternoon I blended up 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder, 1 tablespoon of maca root powder, about 5 tablespoons maple syrup (you could do more or less, to your taste), and about 3 cups of unsweetened almond milk. Put that in a large mason jar, and added about 3/4 cups of chia seeds. I put the lid on and shook that up, then put it in the refrigerator to enjoy this morning.
Topped with walnuts, hemp seeds, fresh strawberries, and shaved coconut. Delicious!

stephaniebaldi Protein smoothie bowl. 5 bananas, 1/4 cup chocolate hemp protein powder, 2 tablespoons PB2 peanut butter powder, 1 1/2 tablespoons maca root powder, 2 teaspoons sacha inchi, 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder, 1 1/2 tablespoons almond butter, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (add more of needed) - blend.
Made about 1 1/2 servings.
Topped with chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, and a chopped up piece of dark chocolate with almonds.
Before enjoying this bowl, I completed: 100 standard squats, 100 sumo squats, 25 single leg squats per side, 50 boat crunches, 50 bicycle crunches, and 25 oblique v-ups per side.
Healthy feels so good.

stephaniebaldi Today hasn't been the coolest, so afternoon coffee happened. It was so delicious! I brewed up a pumpkin spice blend, then blended it up with a couple tablespoons of coconut oil, a tablespoon of butter, a small chunk of abuelita chocolate, some maple syrup, and a little unsweetened almond milk. Wonderful and frothy, and a great treat to relax with after today's woes. 3d

stephaniebaldi Some days I wake up earlier than I should, and I know that it may be wise to just get comfortable again and snooze a little longer - but I look at this sweet, sleeping face next to me and I just can't get myself to close my eyes again. Countless hours have been spent staring at this boy in just this first ten months of his life, and there will be many more. I don't feel bad about it for a second, and I know my time isn't being wasted. I know that because this day is only going to happen once. Every day he's a little older, and far too soon he's going to be grown. So, I'm going to go ahead and soak up my beautiful little boys now, before they're not so little anymore. 3d

Some of them may be modified, or skipped altogether. But, I'm going to do the ones I can. stephaniebaldi Breakfast today. I started making 3 servings of steel cut oats - for the water part, I did half water and half unsweetened almond milk. I also added about 3 tablespoons of maple syrup. Once the oats were about halfway through cooking, I added 1 cup of diced fresh strawberries. Then, I added about 1/2 cup of walnuts. As it finished cooking, I added 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of almond butter, 1/4 cup chia seeds, and 1/4 cup hemp seeds. I also blended up 1 1/2 bananas with a little bit of the unsweetened almond milk - when I turned off the heat, I added that and stirred it in. Once finished, I served it up in bowls and topped it with fresh blueberries and shaved coconut. I didn't add any extra sweetener, but you could easily add a little extra maple syrup or brown sugar. stephaniebaldi 4 bananas, 2 handfuls of kale, 4 tablespoons of hemp protein powder, 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds, 1/4 cup frozen pineapple and some water - blended together to drink after today's workout of 100 jumping jacks, 50 calf raises, 15 lunges per side, 15 explosive squats, 15 sumo squats, and 15 standard squats 3x through + 25 leg raises, 25 crunches, 25 boat crunches and 15 oblique v-ups per side. I felt awesome after a good, but short, stretch/yoga session afterward. Healthy body, happy body! 2w

stephaniebaldi I did a spiritual guidance reading for myself today, and I'm feeling very optimistic. In the past few months I've been working on myself a lot, and I see that I've grown. But, I know that I have much more work to do. I'm healing, and bettering myself - and I am finally loving myself, as well as learning to honor myself. As I continue to work through things and move forward, it's nice having some insight. I know I have the ability to get exactly where I want to be, and I intend to use that ability and get there. 3w

stephaniebaldi This beautiful, sleeping boy made his way earthside nine months ago, yesterday. I wouldn't want to imagine a life without him. His smile evokes one in return from anyone who sees it, which is a lot of people because he is VERY smiley. So in love with my sweet baby.
