steph_pacca Happy Monday! So it's officially the final week of #Sugarfreemay it has been so amazing to see everyone's progress and photos so far, and to hear all this positive feedback along the way! I am so excited to get through this last week.
This is more of a mental challenge than anything - the process of removing refined sugar from your diet will become a huge lifestyle change that is more than just a temporary quick fix.

Just remember, following this program is an accomplishment in itself, finishing it will be huge bonus. Make sure you keep hash tagging #sugarfreemay and tag me in your pics- remember the most impressive before & after transformation photo will win a huge prize from me valued over $400!

steph_pacca Soo I am becoming slightly obsessed with this new @incogo app lately.. If you haven't heard about it your def missing out! It's a new social media app where people are talking about what they're actually doing and real issues in their lives. The realness of everyone's journeys is so refreshing with Incogo. steph_pacca Rhinoplasty update I'm currently 6 weeks post opp and I'm slowly slowly loving the results. For those of you asking and the countless DM's im sorry I haven't responded to you all individually there are just so many questions and it becomes overwhelming for me!
I wanted to wait until swelling went down a bit more before I share my before and afters.
Here is all the info you have asked of me:
My surgeon was Dr Piyapas. He's one of the most renowned rhinoplasty doctors in Thailand. I went through @restoredbeautygetaways in Perth and they booked my rhino at Phuket international hospital.. All I had done was the bridge smoothed out and the tip of my nose reduced. They've told me it will take between 6-12 months to see the final result after swelling. It's about half the price as it is in Australia. The pain is not to be spoken of But after about a week I was feeling fine. The hospital is amazing, clean, professional and the staff are even better. Could not fault it and I'm so grateful @restoredbeautygetaways provided me with such a positive experience from start to finish.
I'm always gonna receive hateful comments about how this makes me 'plastic' etc etc but to be honest I couldn't give a single 🏻 procedures like this are so common and I'm one person out of thousands who chooses to share my experience with all of you who feel the same doubts about it as I did. You want to know so I will tell you. I have never been happier and it's something I chose for myself and my future. I hope this helps :) MUA by @notionxsj_mua and hair by @alysha__marie

Just a little truth. I lift heavy weights, 6 days a week. I am not afraid to eat. I have never been naturally 'skinny'. I still wouldn't say I am skinny, at all. Its probably taken me the last 5-6 years to figure out how to control my metabolism.
Some of us are naturally blessed with genes which hold up most of our childhood-adulthood.. By that I mean can find it real easy to maintain a slim figure and low body fat without watching diet/doing much exercise. And that is fine!! No one should ever tell you that it's not.
For me, I've always had to work hard for what I want.. I gain weight easily, I gain muscle easily and I also lose muscle easily. If I mess up my diet, it shows. I have to constantly focus on what I want or I will lose it, I know that for a fact.
My point is, we are all so different on the inside as well as the outside. Comparing ourselves to other people's body's is not going to get us anywhere. I try to show myself every day, and all of you, that hard work shouldn't go unnoticed, shouldn't be degraded and should always be used to help others and lift each other up! I've always wanted to be fit and strong because it makes me feel good, unique and gives me internal strength too. Because I know it's ME that's got me here. What have you done to get where you are now? I doubt many of us actually think about that, Always acknowledge your efforts and never underestimate yourself.. MUA @laraaizzo

steph_pacca The mind and body are directly connected. The way you present yourself on the outside is a direct reflection of how you feel about yourself on the inside. Healthy mind; healthy body. Don't dream about what you want, believe you can achieve it and reach out and take it for yourself!
That is my mindset throughout this 31 day #sugarfreemay program. Day 4 and going strong! I know what I want and I will do anything in my power to achieve it. Make your goals priorities and it will be easy!
