steph_pacca So this is me currently.
A little while ago I posted a before & after photo of me after my Europe trip, and I told you that I'd be documenting my bodies changes as I worked hard to get my body back. Before you have a crack at me, I am not saying that there's anything wrong with my body or the way I look. I am talking about how I feel now compared to how I did many months ago. This is a happy post!. .

The truth is, there has been so many things that I've not fully understood about my body & my lifestyle - mainly between my mind and the way my body reacts to different foods etc. I've been playing trial & error with my diet, and been figuring out the best ways to set my body back to neutral - by this I mean eliminating things 1 by 1 until I can say Yes - I know what is working and what is not, I know what's for me and what's not for me, I know what's a necessity and what's not & I know how to see the changes that I want! That is generally the problem for us all isn't it? We don't know WHAT to change because there could be so many things. It is so easy for someone else to tell you to go and eat less carbs, or cut out certain things.. But we should be figuring this out ourselves! Because if YOU know what works for you then you will be much more inclined to make a change in your life.

I've been working alongside someone very talented and they've allowed me to completely open up my mind to change & learn. So I suggest you get behind @billybascoffey before all the excitement happens! This is only the beginning of something great and I can't wait to share it all with you!

I have decided to take a little break from Instagram as I feel it's time to settle back into reality for a while ️ I definitely believe that there are many more important things in life that should take priority over everything you see on social media.

steph_pacca Monday motivation! ️ It's the first day of Feb in Aus and I am starting FIT FEB 🌞

For this whole month I am focusing solely on nutrition. I will still be training daily, however my posts this month are going to be covering as much as I can about FOOD. We all love food
This is not about a diet plan or a quick fix diet off the internet - it's about taking a step back and trying to figure out how does YOUR body work in relation to what you eat. And WHY are you not seeing results that you want?

Here's a few things il be talking about and hopefully you guys can give me your thoughts and questions too! So we can work on this together 🏻 . - Carbs? Should I be eating them and how much?
- Bloating - why, when, how to stop it?
- Fats? Omega 3's - Acidic foods and the effects on your results - Alkaline importance - Sugars - when you should be having them and what types?
- Fiber - how does this help?
- Dropping body fat without losing built muscle

If you have any confusion about the above I am going to help you understand it - while il be learning more in the process of this month too!

steph_pacca NEVER quit!
There will always be bad days, days when you feel like you want to quit, when your goals feel out of reach. But just remember with a strong mindset your goals are never out of reach. You can be kicked down 5 times before you stand up once. But when you stand up you need to realise, what got you there?- you have so much strength and you're capable of so much. You just have to keep grinding!! Keep testing your boundaries, stick to the basics and keep your vision tight. If you feel like you have no direction, seek help to create a clear path.. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having help. But you are the one who has to want it. Always be grateful for those around you that support you and always support yourself.

Be prepared for a bumpy road because the road to success is never smooth, it's just one day at a time! 🏻️ #fearless #strong #mindsetiseverything
