  •   dotsara There's still time! (: 13h
  •   splorp @greg.gerla @dotsara Ok, ok. You two have convinced me to give this lost cause a try. Now, should I use my Alpha 1 or the modified sonar Sun 600? 11h
  •   greg.gerla Is the Alpha an SX-70? I'd use that. 10h
  •   splorp @greg.gerla Yessireebob. I actually have three SX-70 Alpha 1 cameras of varying quirkiness and quality. I promise to shoot that pack and post the results, likely to Flickr. 9h

  •   splorp @912r Could very well be. It was salvaged off a destroyed BMX I found in a back alley years ago. 4d

  •   splorp @craptastic No worries. Donated everything to St. Monica school’s pre-bike swap collection this week. 4d

  •   adventuresofgreg Were those for the big E machine monitors? 1w
  •   splorp @adventuresofgreg Nope. These were from the EyeWire office, for 15-17" monitors. You’re thinking of that massive Ergotron desk we had in the Ramsay building. I have a photo of that kicking around here somewhere. 1w
  •   welovemotogeo Ahem, "Spooning robot arms." Also, looks like you made it outside! 1w
  •   splorp @welovemotogeo Brilliant! Had to go outside. Some of this stuff is way too big for my crappy little seamless. 1w
  •   welovemotogeo I love this pic! 1w
  •   adventuresofgreg Why am I thinking it was called Emachine? And yes, that's what I'm remembering. We got a deal on 2 of them and as far as I recall, they were like the largest monitors you could get a way back then. I felt pretty empowered with that beast. The total number of pixels in my iPhone right now is probably 100 times that of the ergotron! Ha ha 1w
  •   splorp @adventuresofgreg Yes, yes! Those giant 19" monitors were definitely eMachines, but they were too big to fit on any of the monitor stands. The Ergotron could hold up to a 15" display. 1w
  •   adventuresofgreg Ah. But I recall those bad boys on a monitor stand. Which made them double bad. But maybe not... @splorp 7d
