soomaliya Excuse the fish face (it's mandatory).. here are my thoughts,
A doctor's job is to fix what is wrong, but it's your job to make sure things go right. Sure we all took health class in highschool, but do you really know how your body works? 90% of my knowlegde of the body came from what other people told me -not from a proper source. And most of it was wrong or misleading. Do your research. You will find what I have found:
1) Every body is different. Trial and error will get you acquainted with your own.
2) Both diseases and cures begin in the kitchen.
3) Mental health is something that needs to be practiced daily. Positive mind, positive life.

soomaliya In the midst of another IBS flare up, my biggest issue is staying hydrated. So in this delicious smoothie I have all the most hydrating fruits I could find in the house =D plus blueberries and strawberries since they are good pwo fruits. 2mon
