sleep_deprived I must say we looked amazing for the funeral. Thank you all for your love, thoughts, comments, and prayers. We are back to "normal" life now and it's still really hard for me. Going through his stuff, just everyday things make me cry. I have been trying to keep myself distracted. I wish I felt like working out. But I just don't. I am hoping to start back on Friday. sleep_deprived When I was a little girl, my Dad would take me to this park and we would feed our "friends" (ducks and geese) I came back one last time on this trip to feed our friends. It was hard doing it without Dad. But I in a way, he was there with me. And he would have been happy to take Haleigh and Caleb. I miss you Daddy. It feels so weird without you here. 2w

sleep_deprived I seriously want to thank everyone that left comments on my last post. I do not have the time or the energy to tag everyone who commented to give their condolences so I hope everyone that commented sees this. I love you all and you all mean so much to me though we have never met. This is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. None of it seems real at times and at other times it is devestatingly real. Last night I heard a voicemail my dad had left on my phone and it crushed me. I miss him so much already. I haven't been able to sleep for 2 days. I am exhausted. I will probably not be on IG for about a week. We have 2 services to plan. One here which is just about done being planned, and then we have to plan another and travel to Maryland and have it there where the rest of my family is from. Anyways, thanks again everyone. sleep_deprived Check in for today. Did Day 4 Yoga with Adriene. Was gonna go to the gym to workout this afternoon but ended up getting a bad headache instead. Did amazing with food today. M1 was a shake. M2 was a Luna bar. M3 was a Publix veggie sub on wheat. M4 was a Starbucks iced coffee with skim milk and unsweetened vanilla and 2 Ghirardelli dark chocolate squares. Have another session with my trainer tonight so I kept it light. Had to also kill a wasp in my house this morning. Took about 20 minutes. I think it should count as today's cardio. Lmao. sleep_deprived My day. Awesome. Slept in. Did Love Your Body with Yoga. Then did day 1 of 30 days of yoga with Adriene. Is that how you spell her name? Whatevs. M1 was Kodiak power cakes with a little syrup, blueberries, and strawberries. No M2. M3 was gluten free pasta salad. M4 was a couple pieces of dark chocolate and some whole grain goldfish. Then headed to the gym and got my ass whipped by my trainer. Warm up was 1 mile on the eliptical and 2 miles on the stationery bike. Then did a 1 hour HIIT session. It was full of burpees with the bosu ball, pushups, jumping jacks with weights (death), bear crawls (death), rope exercises (death), mountain climbers, planks, etc. Ouch. Then for my cooldown I did another mile on the bike. DEFinitely gonna be sore tomorrow. Came home and had a turkey burger, sweet potato, and grape tomatoes from my garden. Gonna do some stretching and yoga tonight too. Happy Monday! Whoop whoop! Oh and I am restarting Fit, Fierce, Fab today cuz I am horrible at following through and finishing challenges and fell too far behind. Yup. I'm lame. Day 1. Again. Lol. Anyone else have this issue?
