sleep_deprived Back at it this morning after a week off due to being sick. Did my first actual deadlift with weight on the bar. (I've just been doing the bar itself which is 45 lbs to get proper form) So for my first real lift today I did 95lbs. Not too bad for my first one! Right?! I dunno. Crossfit people, you tell me! Lol! I am gonna be so sore tomorrow after this week off but it was a really good workout. Yay! Got some coffee and a protein box from Starbucks after cuz I had to take Grandma to a doctor's appointment immediately following my workout. Happy Monday! sleep_deprived Baseball has begun. See you in October! Ha! No seriously. As of now practices are Friday night, Saturday at noon, and Sunday at 2. Not that I wanted to make any weekend plans or anything. Lol. Then we add weeknight games and Saturday games in September. My poor baby is gonna be exhausted. That's what happens I guess when you are a big boy, tball is over, and you move up to real baseball. He is playing with 6 and 7 year olds this year. Oh! And I signed Haleigh up for Taekwondo. So that's a couple nights a week for her too starting Monday. Bye bye life. 1w

sleep_deprived I'm not sure why I put so much peanut butter on the plate. I didn't eat all that. Lol. Morning snack was delicious. But I am definitely sick. Super bad cold and sore throat. Ugh. Felt it coming on yesterday which is why I stayed home from the gym. Also stayed home again today. Gonna give it another day or 2 and hopefully I can knock this out. Currently taking ibuprofen, emergenC and trying to keep my food on track while I am taking some rest days to get better. Normally I would eat crap while I am sick. But I am going to try to stay on track as much as possible and hope it makes me well faster. Blah. @krystlelynnmariie 2w

sleep_deprived What a gorgeous morning!!! Today AND tomorrow is a rest day for me! SUCKS! But I pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder. My shoulders were sore from a workout and they are pretty weak right now so as I am building muscle there it kind of sucks cuz they are constantly sore. Anyways! So all I had to do was look down and that's all it took. #oldlady lol. It's feeling better after some meds last night and massages from the Hubby. I plan on foam rolling today and mayve doing yoga tomorrow. And maybe going on some walks. Cuz you know my ass can't sit still. Lol. I see a massage in my future. Can't wait to schedule one. sleep_deprived M3 was 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup tomatoes, a 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar, 1/4 cup scallions. M4 was a chocolate cupcake Luna bar. M5 was grilled chicken, romaine, 1/2 orange, 1/2 grapefruit, tomatoes, celery, and walnuts. After dinner I had 3 pieces of Ghirardelli dark chocolate. Did really well with food today. So I'm happy. And the candy corn is officially gone as of yesterday. So I don't need to worry about that anymore. (Yes I ate it all in 3 days. Sorry. Not sorry.
