sleep_deprived Bootycall this morning was a 2.50 mile walk plus Thailand Tush. For M1 I had the chocolate smoothie as suggested. Didn't have chocolate protein so I used vanilla and added a squirt of Hershey's syrup and unsweetened cocoa powder. Also added a spoonful of Justin's almond butter. Yum! I can't wait to do the new HIIT workout this afternoon!!!!! I already watched the video and it looks INTENSE! sleep_deprived Food today. M1: Simple Truth Organic maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal. M2: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1 serving of whole wheat Ritz. M3: 2 Ghirardelli 72% dark chocolate. M4: Luma bar (my fave flavor Peanut Honey Pretzel and a clementine. M5: leftover homemade chicken noodle soup. I haven't had it yet but I am starving so M6 will be a bowl of protein cheerios with unsweetened almond milk after I do my yoga. School was good. A lot of info as usual. 1. My kids. They are my whole world.
2. My hubby
3. My dogs Bambi (Corgi) and Lady (Doxle - beagle daschund mix)
4. Running. Have loved it since I was a kid. Though it's a lot harder now. Lol.
5. Macaroni and cheese. My go to comfort food. And tacos cuz #bitcheslovetacos
6. Sleep. I love sleep. Like love love love sleep. And never get it. Can I just sleep for like 2 days? That would be great. Thanks.
7. The beach. It is my favorite place to be. I want to live there. Seriously.
8. Books. I LOVE to read. Don't get to read as often as I would like anymore due to studying and you know... Kids. They tend to be noisy sometimes.
9. Fall. Seriously. I'm not just saying that because Fall is right around the corner and that I am so over summer. Lol. I seriously LOVE Fall and all of the activities that come along with it. Pumpkins, pretty leaves, amazing running weather, fall festivals, trick or treating, hay rides, etc.
10. Sports. They make me happy. Especially baseball and NFL. Huge Braves fan (and BoSox and Orioles when they aren't playing the Braves) and Philadelphia Eagles.
OMG!!!! I LOVE COFFEE!!!! It's only like my favorite thing ever and I didn't even add it to the list. What?! Ok i have an excuse. I have not had enough coffee yet this morning so my brain isn't functioning properly yet. Whew! I feel better now. You can move along now.

I have a small upper body and my legs are pretty small but I always carry weight in my middle. I don't think having two kids close together and one c section have helped with my ab strength hahaha.   •   sleep_deprived Stfu! I am 5'4" 133lbs. Size 5-7. Lmao!!! I gain all my weight in my stomach since having children. I've had 2 csections and 4 additional abdominal surgeries so I have a ton of scars and I think all the cutting through the muscles has screwed me. It makes it so difficult for me to lose weight. I have to maintain perfect eating (yah right) and work out every day. 6d
  •   simplyshauna LOL!!!! That's amazing!! C sections are brutal. And yes, all your additional surgeries definitely make it harder. I seem to sit around 130-135 unless I really eat perfectly and work out which isn't easy haha. I'm trying to be more consistent though! 6d
