sightglass We’re in the picturesque suburbs of El Cedral, Honduras, spending some quality time and cupping some exemplary coffees with Norma Azucena Erazo of Finca Zulema. We’ve worked with Norma for over three years now and are constantly blown away by the unparalleled quality of both her coffees and her immaculate farm. She continues to reinvest her earnings into her operation - most recently, with the acquisition of another lot, located at an even higher elevation. On this new lot, she plans to grow more Pacas trees in addition to some other stunning varietals. Delicious cups forthcoming! 1mon

This is Jose Luis Navarro, who cultivates lush Caturra and Catuai trees on his small family farm in the glistening mountains of Costa Rica’s Corralillo region.
