  •   shtone @pradhitaan that depends on the type of training split you choose. Choose something that works with your schedule and allows you to hit every muscle group 1-2 times per week. You want to split up the muscle groups across the week and try to give at least a couple days rest before training the same muscles again. For example right now I train 5 days a week and do 1-chest/triceps/shoulders, 2-back/biceps, 3-rest, 4-chest/triceps/shoulders, 5-back/biceps, 6-LEGS, 7-rest. 1w
