shipmatemuzzdaddy As the year comes to an end I am happy to say I have finally hit the 250 lb mark. Only a small percentage of of natural bodybuilders will ever join this club. I am naturally a skinny guy but with enough food, rest, and training it is possible. My tip for all you skinny hardgainers out there would be to eat more. If you think your eating enough and not gaining weight...you're not eating enough.
