sheridynfisher Good morning baby 🏼 Bubba has been moving about a lot lately & my cravings for Fresh Fruit, veggies and healthy foods are out of control (especially green apples) Had a few sleepless nights of late with growing pains on my sides and back, my hair, eyelashes and eyebrows are growing like crazy. Some days I don't look pregnant at all, others my belly looks about 6 months. We have a couple of names picked out already. I do pregnancy Yoga almost every day, meditation and starting getting back into gentle workouts after being so sick. I can't wait to start working on the baby room (painting the cutest little Disney watercolour pictures & having it boho / natural theme like the rest of my house ). I had the cutest vivid dream it was a girl although Kyle thinks it's a boy. Kendra is being super cute always laying on my tummy and never leaving my side and my boobs are seriously OUT OF CONTROL 🍼🍼 MUMMAS does anyone have any advice for the growing pains? They can hurt really bad especially at night time like the most horrible stitch in the world down my sides and my back. Also VEGAN MUMMAS would love to hear your tips / fav products etc 🏼 #18weekspregnant #veganmom #babyontheway #veganmumma #yeskendraishowling #vegan #somuchlove 1d

sheridynfisher And baby makes 6 Today @kylebrennan I are officially 18 weeks pregnant (Almost half way) with our first Bubba. We can't wait to meet the little Peanut on Feb 2nd. It has been a whirlwind couple of months for us and a huge surprise but we are so very excited. After a pretty upsetting miscarriage at the start of the year and 12 weeks of 24/7 chronic morning / night sickness & hospital visits, baby is healthy and we are so excited for the next chapter of our lives :) Never been in such a positive place, spiritually & mentally, surrounded by so much love and support from our friends and family. True happiness, very thankful and SO VERY EXCITED 🏼🏼 #imgunnabeamumma #babyontheway #pregnant #somuchlove #18weekspregnant 2d

sheridynfisher This little one I just couldn't imagine a life without our dogs. They don't know how much they complete our family and how much they are loved. They are the most beautiful little souls. So thankful to have Kendra, Preddy & Wiggles in our lives. #happynationaldogday #puppylove #husky 5d

sheridynfisher I’ve often said I wish people could realize all their dreams and wealth and fame… so they could see that it’s not where you’re going to find your sense of completion or happiness.

I can tell you from experience that the effect you have on others is the most valuable currency there is.
Because everything you gain in life will rot and fall apart, and all that will be left of you is what was in your heart.
We’re not the avatars we create. We’re not the pictures on the film stock. We’re the light that shines through, all else is just smoke & mirrors, distracting but not truly compelling.
Our eyes are not just viewers, they’re also projectors that are running a second story over the picture that we see in front of us all the time. Fear is writing that script.
Now fear is going to be a player in your life, but you get to decide how much.
You can spend your whole life imagining ghosts worrying about the pathway to the future, but all that there will ever be, is what’s happening here. And the decisions we make in this moment which are either based in love or fear.
So many of us choose our path out of fear disguised as practicality. What we really want seems impossibly out of reach and ridiculous to expect so we never dare to ask the universe for it… I’m saying, that you can ask the universe for it.
Life doesn’t happen to you it happens for you. As far as I can tell its about letting the universe know what you want, and working toward it, while letting go of how it comes to pass.
Why not take a chance on faith? Not religion, but faith. Not hope, but faith. I don’t believe in hope, hope is a beggar. Hope walks through the fire and faith leaps over it.
You are ready and able to to beautiful things in this world. And after you walk through those doors today, you will only ever have two choices, love or fear.
Choose love. And don’t ever let fear turn you against your playful heart. -

For anyone who needed to read this today, some words of wisdom, courage & love by Jim Carrey. 🏼#peace #love #innerhappiness

sheridynfisher I'm always on the look out for vegan friendly & Cruelty free products, especially Beauty ones and I recently came across @luxaestiva Vegan hair treatments, which I've been using for the past few weeks, and I have to say I'm so pleased I did as I've been ecstatic with the results. My hair, even after one treatment feels a lot healthier (especially since being blonde makes it dry and hard to manage at the best of times and spending a lot of time swimming in the salt water doesn't always help it). It really has bought life back to my hair & I don't need to use a leave in conditioner when I'm using Lux Aestiva I really do spend a lot of time searching for new products that aren't tested on animals and aren't derived or made from animals, because to me that's the most important thing when I purchase or use a new product. It's a really important part of my life. I don't want anything to suffer or be in pain because of my beauty regime. I find it hard to call most products on the market "beauty" products when what actually happens behind the scenes to the animals they test on, not to mention using actual animal parts to make them is so very far from anything "beautiful" in my book, and not something I'm personally ok with ignoring. I like using products in my regime that are actually good for you, ethically sourced and as natural as possible, and I know how hard they are to come by. I usually never find anything from my local shops that are cruelty free so I'm always searching online, reading reviews and trying to do as much research as possible even just to find them. So when I DO find something I really love that ticks all the boxes and is made by a company that are doing the right things like Lux Aestiva, it makes me really, super excited (cause there aren't many) and it's hard enough just being a girlSo I'm going to post some more of my favourite Vegan Friendly Makeup, Hair & Beauty products over the next few weeks to hopefully help anyone else who's interested or having trouble finding products. Over the years I've tried and tested a few and found some AAA-MAZING ones that are in many cases better than anything in my old makeup kit #vegan #makeup 2w
  •   raquechm Cant wait to see what cruelty free products you use!! 1w
  •   raquechm @jessicalouisebayliss a lot of companies don't want to pay for the labeling.. I use the bunny free app to double check if a products is cruelty free. 1w
  •   tinkerwestney @sheridynfisher thanks for supporting cruelty free the more women in the beauty & modeling industry who do the better xx 1w
  •   sheridynfisher @raquechm that and a lot of companies still test on animals so they can sell to the Chinese market. It's a business, to them money comes first and ethics isn't important, unfortunately. It can be a very ugly industry where the ones who suffer don't get a say. 1w
  •   sheridynfisher @tinkerwestney I wish more people would too 🏼️ x x 1w
  •   raquechm @sheridynfisher I know it's so sad.. I look at my puppies and could never picture causing them any harm or something happening to them I would die! It so upsetting how cruel and nasty humans are. And to see so many big time companies that really shouldn't be testing on animals.. Like MAC, L'oreal, Pantene, Uniliver, Johnson&Johnson, Neutrogena just to name a few. 1w

  •   sheridynfisher @erinvholland yes please! Anytime beautiful one x x x 2w
  •   raquechm So I'm starting a vegan and absolutely cruelty free lifestyle.. I have already changed all my makeup and cleaning products to cruelty free.. But I'm finding it hard to do the diet. I can't have soy or any food high on estrogen? What are my other options when trying to find meat replacements? 2w
  •   sheridynfisher @raquechm there is so much! Where to begin. I have almond milk in my lattes and smoothies and coconut milk is also great. You can make a lot of very filling mock meats and meals without soy, I use cashews, almonds, lentils, chickpeas and other veggies etc instead depending on the dish. For example last night I cooked a zucchini Pasta (made with a spiralizer) with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic, spring onion etc and was delicious and fresh! There are lots of vegan blogs for meal ideas, just make sure you get your leafy greens, lots of fresh fruit and veggies, nuts, legumes, quinoa etc another idea is to check out some vegan restaurants / raw vegan cafes and find what you like and like to eat and look up some recipes from there. Today I tried the most incredible Raw Cashew cream cheese lasagne with veggies that was out of this world - I can't wait to recreate it! 2w
  •   raquechm Omg you answered me!! you're like my biggest idol and inspiration! Thank you so much. I had already cut dairy, gluten, soy and red meat from my life, but I wasn't sure about how to do the rest. I have Endometriosis and I believe that changing my style of life will definitely help my health. As per vegan restaurants I love in a military base in El Paso Texas. So no many options as to different options, also there are no fresh markets, but I'm up to the challenge and won't let it be an obstacle. Thank you so much! ️ btw I think you are absolutely perfect 2w
  •   sheridynfisher @raquechm oh thanks lovely I actually suffer from chronic endometriosis growing up and would be hospitalised regularly with it, it was so painful and I just couldn't function at all, changing to a vegan diet has dramatically helped, and now it's so much better I only occasionally get really bad pains and I am 100% convinced that becoming healthier and plant based has helped this more than anything. It's so hard to deal with, and people don't understand the pain and sickness that comes with it :-( You just have to prepare, that's he key, have an understanding of what your body needs and make sure your getting all the nutrients etc. I love cooking and I'm obsessed with eating good food, I have daily smoothies full off bananas, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, almond milk, coconut water, greens, blueberries - I also have regular natural juices, always eat nuts etc and make sure I'm having lots of mushrooms, avocadoes, quinoa dishes, leafy greens, and try to make a variety of green dishes all the time! Making a raw vegan bolognese tonight with raw cashew cheese I will have to post the recipe! :-) 2w
  •   raquechm Wow never would have thought it, I've been in so much pain all my life, I've been gone months of being bloated and no menstrual cycle. I had surgery almost two years ago and was diagnosed with stage 4, since then I decided to change my diet. I stopped eating soy, gluten, dairy, caffeine, red meat and eggs. It was hard at the beginning, but once I started to feel better it was a lot easier. Now I've decided to just better my way of living and doing it to help all the little creatures in the world. I started yesterday and I couldn't feel happier. Tonight I made vegan rice noodles with and overload of all sorts of veggies, asparagus and avocado on the side. It was very delicious and didn't feel heavy or guilty after eating it all. Thank you so much for responding it really means a lot. Please post the recipes cause I will for sure be trying them out. 2w

  •   sheridynfisher @fruityflea oh thank you for your message, I really appreciate it Sometimes I see things like that and it just really effects me, just makes me feel so emotional and upset, it came up in my fed and started playing and I didn't watch it all but I saw enough, I just couldn't stop crying, knowing that it happens every day, every second to hundreds of thousands of animals, and in this day and age it doesn't need too... I just wish more people would see the big picture x 2w

sheridynfisher Sometimes I forget to remind myself to take a moment every day to be still, to be calm, to breathe deeply, to be outside, to be surrounded by the elements & to be with your own thoughts. That doing this will always help bring clarity even to days of disquietude ≋ 4w
