shelbinator3000 Snuck around @welcomechickenanddonuts a little bit today, all in preparation for Saturday's | Welcome X @crepe_bar | collab. w/ 1-off donuts, chicken, and drink - just this Saturday. Safe to say we're excited! Couldn't leave without my favorite yeasted blueberry cocoa donut, of course. #hackwcd #phxfoodculture 1d

shelbinator3000 "Laundry of that lovely absurd summer." Is it spring yet? Less loads of whites these days and loads more Whiteout. 4d

shelbinator3000 The cross section of a sandwich is an important angle. At the center: La Quercia prosciutto. Iowan-cured pork. #beetsdelislices 5d

shelbinator3000 The soup of the day is a fitting choice for the weather du jour ️. Too hot to eat; cool enough to Instagram. 5d

shelbinator3000 I've never had a beer with this milky-nectarine color - or with this shape, either. Kudos to @arizona_wilderness for keeping things fresh and delicious, for the recc. @superjaye, and the local grains @haydenflourmills. #ItWeissTasty 1w

shelbinator3000 Recently my grandma showed me that the secret to good scrambled eggs is, like, twice as much butter as I had been using. 2w

shelbinator3000 Inspired late-night snack: how some Spaniards fry their eggs; quickly and crispy. #dotrythisathome 4w

  •   jonny_lutz @shelbinator3000 aren't you going to tell us how so we CAN #dotrythisathome? 4w
  •   shelbinator3000 @jonny_lutz ha, yes, that's right! It's actually very simple. Get oil ripping hot in a pan, then carefully and quickly use a bowl to transfer a pre-cracked egg straight down onto the oil (so your hand doesn't get splattered with hot oil). Don't move it! At least til the edges curl up and the yolk is set - and generally looks done - won't take long if pan and oil are hot enough. While waiting: salt it, and sprinkle fresh or dried herbs if you've got them. Use a flat spat to kind if shimmy it off the pan, since it might stick a tad here and there. That's it - you've got a nice, crispy fried egg with a runny yolk! 4w
  •   jonny_lutz @shelbinator3000 makes sense! Thank you my friend. 4w
