sha_sha_fierce One of the quickest ways to get your heart rate up, while utilizing every part of your body, is the squat thrust. It's basically a modification, or a precursor to a burpee - which most of my clients hate, and often throw me the "I'm gonna f*cking kill you" look when I tell them to do them . The most important part of the exercise is to be very conscious of engaging your core muscles to protect your lower back.
Here, I've added a push-up. I'm using the #morfboard to increase the level of difficulty by adding instability to the push-up. Push, press, repeat. Now you try .. #bodybyshasha #trainer @morfboard @blsportswear

It will cause your endorphins to rise and your body to change... I'm constantly finding ways to incorporate balance into every exercise. It's not always about how heavy you can go, but how you can strengthen your body to use your muscles, the way you would use them in every day life... sha_sha_fierce Make em look back at it... That round, firm behind won't just happen. Your jeans won't suddenly fill themselves. You need to work on the muscle in order for it to grow. And when you have muscle, that in turn will burn fat... I turned the smith machine into a leg press, making sure my lower back was supported and engaged my hamstrings and glutes at full extension ..
