serenesayyian I had a great meal at Roti - Alka's Kitchen on Sunday! There were coal-oven grilled tikkas, wholewheat stuffed flatbread, mushroom soup, waffles, chaat and their signature wraps!

serenesayyian Got myself a food processor over the weekend and the very first thing I made was this Blueberry Mango #nanaicecream!! No more melty blender-made versions!
This is made with 5 bananas, 1 mango & a handful of blueberries (all frozen). Topped with a couple of bam dates (one of the many varieties of dates appearing in supermarkets at this time of the year!), raspberries, cacao nibs and hemp hearts.

serenesayyian I made lunch for mum to bring to work a couple of days back. This is pumpkin, edamame & miso brown rice + baked mushroom & veggie skewers with sesame peanut sauce. By mum's request there's added salt (Bragg's liquid aminos) and oil (sesame) lols. Glad that she liked it!
