serenesayyian Got myself a food processor over the weekend and the very first thing I made was this Blueberry Mango #nanaicecream!! No more melty blender-made versions!
This is made with 5 bananas, 1 mango & a handful of blueberries (all frozen). Topped with a couple of bam dates (one of the many varieties of dates appearing in supermarkets at this time of the year!), raspberries, cacao nibs and hemp hearts.

serenesayyian I made lunch for mum to bring to work a couple of days back. This is pumpkin, edamame & miso brown rice + baked mushroom & veggie skewers with sesame peanut sauce. By mum's request there's added salt (Bragg's liquid aminos) and oil (sesame) lols. Glad that she liked it!

On toasted spelt bread.

serenesayyian A perfect study snack.
For the chocolate, stir together:
• 1 rounded tbsp raw cacao powder*
• 1.5 tbsp melted coconut oil • 7 drops liquid stevia {Makes enough for ~10 medium strawberries}
Dip strawberries in chocolate, add whatever toppings (I used hemp hearts/ chopped pecans/ coconut flakes), place on parchment paper and leave in freezer for ~15mins or until chocolate solidifies.
*I'll probably use 2 tbsp next time - so that my toppings will actually stick!
