saffrontrail Rain messed up my evening plans so I upgraded to @fitstar premium with a vengeance and did off a workout. Totally in love with these app based trainers- totally worth the paid version. I alternate between Tempo and Fitstar. Fitstar is more video based with a trainer talking to you all the time, makes it easier. saffrontrail Popcorn popped from raw corn seeds instead of the commercial brands is so much more healthier - very low cal and none of the hydrogenated fats that most microwaveable popcorn come with. You can pop the seeds in any heavy bottomed pan with a lid or a pressure cooker :) 6d

saffrontrail Day 4 of working out with this app called Tempo and loving it. 15 minute schedule - 3 exercises, a new set of exercises each day, there's a video you can watch for each exercise, and do as many sets as you can in 15 minutes. Thrilled with myself to have clocked in 'Absurd' number of sets today. And if you're wondering what good is working out for just 15 minutes, it gets my heart racing, cheeks flushed, full sweat and I wake up in pain the next day. That's all I ask from a solid workout and oh again only 15 minutes of my day. #getfit #fitnessdiary #apps #fitnessapps 1w
