  •   sabrinalj @linettehermansen Kagen er virkelig det nemmeste nogensinde, da det kun kræver 3-4 ingredienser! Én moset banan, lidt under et scoop protein pulver og ét æg. Nogle gange tilføjer jeg også kakao pulver for at gøre det lidt ekstra lækkert Så blander jeg bare det hele sammen og putter det i mikrobølgeovnen i 3 min ca. (Hold øje med den, den skal ikke blive for tør, men i stedet "svampet") Det på toppen er egentlig bare neutral skyr, kakao pulver og stevia blandet sammen! 18h
