redheadstephie Day 7 of no running saw the ortho this week, insertional Achilles tendinitis. Off my feet until I can walk without pain. Bike and pool until then. I feel sorry for anyone who has had to deal with me this week.

  •   mlvandervort Oh no!!! you can't walk without pain?!? I have been having Achilles issues this summer, too basically not running at all -- just swimming, biking, and a little elliptical/step mill... No.fun!!! But walking hasn't been an issue (except for the morning after I would try to run)... Hope it heals for you!! 2w
  •   redheadstephie @mlvandervort it never really hurt when I ran, just after. The worst is after I've been sitting, car rides still kill me. It's super frustrating, worst possible timing for my training plan I'm hoping it starts easing up soon 2w
