Check out this workout. It can easily be done wherever you are and at whatever fitness level you are at right now.

One round = Going down and reversing the order to finish where you started.
Go for 3 total rounds and time yourself to see how quickly you can do it, but remember that good form is what is most important!

This was so good & filling. Just might have to make another one tomorrow.

rebeccaingham Here's a healthy version of ice cream!!! ️Vanilla Peanut Butter & Banana Ice Cream1 c unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology
2 medium frozen bananas
2 T natural peanut butter

1. Place in blender like a VitaMix
2. Blend on low & gradually increase speed until smooth

3. Pour mixture into large glass bowl & cover.

rebeccaingham This is one killer workout but you'll be glad you did it.....probably a little later this week. This can be done in a gym or at home.
Pull-ups can be modified by having a chair that you rest your feet on or a Serious Steel exercise band (can get it on Amazon). If you don't have a pull-up bar, go ahead & sub doing a plank on elbows for 1 minute, then 30 seconds on the next round.
If you have some sort of cardio equipment at home, use that.
If you don't, choose either to go outside & walk, run or bike for the time listed.
Another option would be to choose to do different cardio exercises, starting at 10 minutes, then 8, 6, 4 & 2.
You can do any of the following (mix it up if you like!): jumping jacks
jump rope
jog in place
butt kicks
high knees
burpees

or any other cardio exercise you want to throw in there.
Ready to do it? Then LET'S GO!!!!

Seems like I was just saying how I was looking forward to the new week & it's already over. Have to say it was super productive & did not disappoint in most areas! Remember that you, & you alone are responsible for your choices....... What you think How you behave
How you treat others
What you put in your body
What you put in your mind
Whether you exercise & live a healthy lifestyle
How you spend your money & I could go on and on.
But you & I are the people we are waking up to be today because of the choice we made up to this point.

rebeccaingham It's Wednesday!!! Up bright & early to get a jump on the day. How's your Wednesday starting off?

Remember that the only way to make real,lasting results is to focus on the PROCESS instead of the ultimate RESULTS.
You can only control the actions and choices you make on the road to your goal; focus on that and you will get there. Focus on how far you may still need to go will lead to being frustrated and discouraged, and can lead to getting overwhelmed or worse, quitting.
