razh2o La Truffe. A 4.5% chocolate stout and hazelnuts infused with 5 pounds of Oregon white truffles from @wolvesandpeople the aroma and flavor was intoxicating. I sacred this couple ounce poor for about 45 minutes. Finally someone who got a truffle beer right. One of a kind experience. 2w

  •   razh2o @homebrewchef they were good but I didn't get they sauce as thick as anticipated. When I turned the heat on low after adding the yams I wasn't sure if it was supposed to simmer for the 40 minutes. Everyone loved them and I just reduced what "sauce" was left so we could use them on toast and waffels etc. also wasn't sure when to add the vanilla beans so they went in when the yams did because that's when I realized they were still sitting on the cutting board. Several people asked for the recipe. Thanks for sharing it!! Looking forward to making more of them and probably the Saucer Full of Secrets too. 1mon
