Only Jesus can turn a mess to a message, a test into a testimony, a trial into a triumph, a victim into a victory. He is worthy to be praised! 🏻 .
All your prayers and praise the Lord my dad doesn't need to have surgery! He has been in the hospital for one week with pneumonia. It looked like surgery was the next option and with my dads strength physically and your prayers he will be going home this week....no surgery needed! Praise the Lord! ~Psalm 150:6

Tips to rock this move.....
️keep chest lifted, hips facing forward .
️make sure knee is in alignment with ankle as you move in standing leg.
️don't let the knee travel past the toes

race4fitness ️ Crock pot spaghetti squash ️ This crock pot sensation will have you adding this to the grocery list every week! Its super easy and family approved. Heck my 10 year old took left overs to school today! . .
Watched FULL ️ meal prep video for it on my Facebook page ===> @race4fitness @race4fitness
. .️cut squash in half clean out
. ️add one contain of spaghetti sauce to pot . ️add your favorite veggies chopped up
. ️add any meat
. ️cook for 3 hours on high .

Serve alone with meat sauce or as a side dish!

Im totally sporting day 5....a little dry shampoo and fluff! 🏼 But hey I'm feeling super duper accomplished today! Workouts done, kids off to school and mamma decided to put some big girl britches on today! Seriously though do you even recognize me?!?! 🏻🏻 I can't remember the last time I actually got dressed in real clothes. Major perks being your own boss, working from home. Calls with many of you joining my team today #whoop ️ and checking in on my on line support groups and in just one week ladys are down 8, 10 and 12 lbs. Shut the front door Yeppers they are kicking some major booty not dieting just changing their life style & following my meal plan with 30 minute workouts!!!! I'll totally be skipping in my britches all day long being surrounded around these go getters!!!!! Can't wait to change more lives in my September group & wash my hair!!!!🏻🏼 ronda.race@yahoo

  •   race4fitness @kaliah2007 @sugartude I'm not a dripping sweat kind of gal after my working but my hair is damp and I'm sweaty. After I'm done working out I'll usually take my hair down from the pony tail let it dry. You can also blow dry it if you need to die to schedule. After dry you can add dry shampoo not to close to the scale about 6 inches sways. Spray brush...style then finish with a shine spray. I do hate washing my hair 5d

I was told my selfies are discouraging & make you want to eat more?!?! Seriously NEVER my intentions #gulp....my daily #selfie checks are a way I can measure progress & hold myself accountable. The struggle is real....I ️ cake, cookies and thing smeared in creamy peanut butter. My heart & intentions is to not have you compare yourself to me....but remember ever single flipping day your worth it! We all have a day one, we all struggle....hell I don't really wanna workout today, but I know when I'm finished I'll have a cloud nine skipping in my britches attitude and it will help me to set a good example to my mini me's. Mom loves herself enough to put herself 1st! . 🏻️ I love ALL of you no matter where you are at in your journey!!! You started....that's says a lot
