I found that I had to grab it now to have time to get summer body in time. I contacted my friend and PT on Sats kampen @solidhealthfitness to create a basic program for my body. I would train football related strength. While my legs were Max explosive strength followed by endurance by 15-20 reps and short breaks. Followed with tabata three times a week to increase the burning of fat. Nothing came easy, and I've never been nearby of being so high fat% before, so this was a big challenge.

On 1 February I started my program, much 6-10 / 8-12 reps. It was when the results arrived. Bulking a bit more from April 1 to April 27. So began starts cutting.

Right: Now I'm from an A body to V. It is as it should be, I'm at level 2.5 of 5 possible now today. I am demanding above me and others if they ask me if it looks good, but then I see only that which is necessary to work with, what is good.
You become more conscious of what you stock the kitchen, and works for your body. Under my cutting, i did turn cardio, I never ran and i could do more cardio. But the diet I went on was quite extreme in I could burn mostly during a workout at the gym. It took hard on codfish and pollock each meal, but after a week something happened to the body.
I felt I got the power and energy of God. I felt stronger, more focused and able to keep a high level till I said enough is enough.
It was the sickest feeling I will take with me from the diet. Great experianse

It will all have when it comes to exercise, diet and sleep is a confirmation, confirmation that YOU are doing works and when it works it is a BIG motivation boost for You.
I was a trip on the candy / ice cream / juice / croissant / cakes / marzipan / too much nuttmix. When I total abstinence because I know how little it takes before the body stores everything into it.
