  •   moose_strength You probably don't post things for any advice but one thing I noticed is that you're not using any leg drive. Once you get your feet planted use them. Lower the bar to your chest and after the pause shoot your feet into the ground giving the bar momentum off your chest. It will shoot the bar up 4-6 inches and then you power through the rest! Look at "Dan Greene" benching on YouTube to see what I'm talking about. I think that will help you tremendously so your not just completely stable without any leg drive. Hope this helps. 1mon
