Koi has just opened a new pasta shop beside its Kemang premise named Pastificio K. It offers pasta from gnochi, orecchiette, bucatini, to ravioli. You can buy freshly made pasta by grams or you can order some to be cooked on the spot with various selection of sauces such as butter sage, pomodoro, or beef ragu and toppings from pine nuts, salmon gravlax, rucola, spinach, to anchovies.

primorizky Foie Gras Rice from Benedict is like an upscale version of Umabo's ricebowl since both restaurants are helmed by Good For Eats duo. Butter rice, topped with sous-vide egg, duck confit, pickled shitake, and juicy slices of foie gras. I also smell some pungent scent, perhaps they also add a dash of truffle oil.

However, this dish is quite greasy since they add dashi butter and balsamic for a finishing touch. But it tastes so goooood...
