Thanks to some pose running I got my fastest mile! My norm is like 10:30! I was shooting for a 5k under 25 minutes but only made it to 2.9. Still that first mile was my fastest ever!!!!

Met gezonde tegenzin ging ik gisteravond naar Utrecht voor de een na laatste trackmeeting van het seizoen daar. Tegenzin? Ja, ik was in mijn hoofd nog niet klaar om na de vakantie alweer een wedstrijd te lopen. Toch maar gegaan en gekozen voor de 3000 m i.p.v. "mijn" afstand, de 800 m.

Vanaf de start liep het gelijk al erg lekker, een ontspannen tempo. Rondjes van ongeveer 85 s, dat voelde heerlijk aan! De laatste 400 m kon ik nog flink versnellen (77 s) en zo liep ik volkomen onverwacht 15 s van mijn snelste tijd af, een dik PR dus in 10:34,93!
.
Ook @runningjacolien, @dinieeetjuh en trainer Jaap liepen erg goede tijden. Al met al een gezellig avondje in Utrecht.

  •   posemethod A maximum angle of falling is 22.5 @mrbazaaam it is pretty difficult to sustain even half that angle over a distance. And as it usually goes in such discussions - I have to bring up the 'trained eye' factor. People normally do not see the real angles, degrees, etc. 3w

  •   posemethod @mrbazaaam confusion is totally normal, some grasp it for others it takes a bit longer. I wouldn't recommend relying on what you feel at the beginning of learning. For majority of people their perception of movement is skewed. Do basic drills to train that perception to bring up to the proper level. I'd have to see a pic or video to properly understand what you mean when you say push your hip fwd 3w
