Ingredients
One Cup Almond Milk
1 TBLS Cocoa Powder
2 Medjool Dates
1/4 cup Chia seeds
Directions
Add Milk, cocoa powder and dates to blender. Blend for one minute. Add Chia seeds. Blend for 30 seconds. Add to a bowl. Refrigerator for 20 minutes. Add toppings and dive in!!!

    2 flax OR chia seed eggs (2 Tbsp flaxseed meal or chia seeds + 5 Tbsp water)
    2 medium ripe bananas

    3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
    3 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla
    or plain almond milk

    1 tsp pure vanilla extract

    1 tsp baking powder

    1 cup almond meal
    1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp oat flour (ground from GF oats)use coffee grinder /small food processor /vitamix

    Optional toppings:
    chopped nuts,
    rolled oats

    DIRECTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 350F
    line a muffin tin with 8 paper liners.
    Or w/ coconut oil/ remaining muffin cups fill with water if 12 tin holder

    2. In a large bowl, prepare flax /chia seeds egg by mixing flaxseed or chia + water and letting rest for a few minutes. Set timer for 5min

    3. Next add bananas and mash.
    4. Add sweetener,baking powder, vanilla, almond milk ,egg and stir.

    5. Add almond meal and oat flour and stir once more. Taste to see if it needs more sweetener. Add more if you prefer sweeter muffins.

    6. Using Spoons fill 8 tins 3/4 full with batter.
    7.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a tooth pick or knife inserted into the center comes out clean and they become somewhat firm to the touch with a little give.

    8. Remove and let rest in pan for 5 minutes.
    9.Cool all the way on a cooling rack.

    10. Store in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap for several days. Freeze for longer storage.

    I altered this recipes slightly. It calls for a agave as a choice and IIt is not a very good product. 2mon

Broccoli with Roasted Carrots

Rub olive oil ,dry herbs of choice
and sea salt and pepper on to Organic Carrots.
Place in pre-heated oven at 425F
For 20 minutes

Sauté one #organic red onion
2-3 garlic cloves in
1-2 TBLS of coconut oil
After onions are translucent in approximately seven minutes add
One whole broccoli head rough chopped and warm up the broccoli in onion garlic mixture
Add filtered water to just the top of the broccoli
Bring water to boil, turn heat down to simmer.
Simmer until broccoli is soft.
Use an immersion blender and blend broccoli to desired consistency.
Serve immediately topped with roasted carrots, red pepper flakes and @CelticSeaSalt to taste.
