perennial For @thegiddyaunt - a last glimpse of the winter coat as tomorrow she gets the spring shave. 1w
  •   perennial Sadie would say hello @samedog but she is in a state of dog shame after eating the bbq chips while Milly and I were distracted by a deeply competitive game of eye spy.(Although it may be nausea and not shame). 1w
  •   perennial Thanks @pinesandpastures - need to record the uber fluff of her winter coat before it's gone. 1w
  •   samedog Oh Sadie, good dog. Ahem, I mean bad dog... 1w
  •   m_wonderful Nooo, I love her shaggy hair! 1w
  •   chickenwillow Bye bye scruffiness!! 1w
  •   tyzackke You have a little bear 1w
  •   thegiddyaunt She is too delicious! Winter coat or summer, I couldn't love her more. 1w

perennial My order of hollyhocks arrived yesterday from #lambleynursery - they come with a promise of 2-3 metre spires of flowers, I'll settle for half that. 2w
  •   myrtles and no rust. 2w
  •   katejm Ooooooooo 2w
  •   peregrinationz Exciting!! 2w
  •   thegiddyaunt Oh hollyhocks are gorgeous! I'd grow them in abundance if I'd remembered them. Get them confused with foxgloves. 2w
  •   ravenousknits <3! 2w
  •   tyzackke My order from Lambley arrived on Thu. Just some little hardy somethingorothers. 2w

perennial Blues and greens and a pelican. 1mon
  •   perennial @katejm - you could be honorary family member as we ALWAYS chant that when we see them. It never gets old. 1mon
  •   katejm Never! We've recently had Pelican Scandal in Elder Park: one has taken up snatching food from the hands of picnickers, and has been reprimanded and sent for rehab. 1mon
  •   perennial @katejm - OUTRAGEOUS! Do you remember MarineLand at West Beach with Mr Percival from Storm Boy or was that before your SA days? I'll find an old pic for you of a local lady who feeds them every morning on the river bank down the road from our house... 1mon
  •   katejm Never visited MarineLand. Loved Storm Boy, and only recently visited that remote boat-only part of the Coorong. Amazing. 1mon
  •   perennial The Coorong is amazing. My first teaching job was at Meningie Area School. Love my years there. @katejm 1mon

  •   perennial Thanks @elf_girl 2mon
  •   katejm Excellent signwriting! 2mon
  •   myrtles Is it far from pt Lonnie? 2mon
  •   perennial It's near Anglesea. The #surfcoastwalk walk / trail would be worth the drive if there was non-swimming weather during a stay in PL. Look online for it. It's broken into about 12 sections ranging from 2-16 km in length. We walked section 8 yesterday (we do the return walks so we only take one car). Really well kept trails with great views down the coast. Our goal is to walk / ride the full thing by summer. @myrtles 2mon
  •   perennial Isn't it @katejm - sign writer is one of my alternate dream occupations - if only I could learn the craft and not have to worry about earning any money. 2mon
  •   katejm Oh yes! Do have a look at @tristan_kerr's stream - young artist/sign writer who's been in Paris learning gilding technique. Fabulous! 2mon
  •   perennial Thanks @katejm - just looked, liked and followed. Divine work and lovely references to home. 2mon
