peachandpeony Apologies for the chocolate mania going on in my feed lately, but when your about to make a sweet treat and breakfast recipe ebook the cacao game will remain strong (#lifeofarecipetester) This was breakfast a couple of hours ago; 'brownie batter' banana ice cream (4 frozen bananas + @sunfood's raw cacao powder + coconut sugar + vanilla) topped with dark choc sauce (raw cacao powder + coconut sugar + water) and @gryningens' mulberries. peachandpeony When you try to make your own choc cereal but accidentally end up with a slab of crunchy, dark chocolate coated cluster. However; it tasted amazing! And it's so easy to make its almost ridiculous. Simply melt 100 g of you fave vegan chocolate in a small saucepan, add in your cereal of choice and stir to cover completely in chocolate. Scoop it up onto a parchment paper (one spoon per slab) and let it cool before digging in. Keep in the fridge up to 3 weeks This will also be my contribution to the #supersnacking comp held by the fab ladies @flourishinghealth @tumblinbumblincrumblincookie 3d

peachandpeony GF VEGAN TWIX BARS ✿ These chubbies aren't the most good looking treat but taste wise they're un-doubtedly a winning concept! They have a cakey base made with ground almonds + walnuts (among other yum things), a squishy slab of date/tahini caramel and a thick dark choc shell to finish. The recipe for the date caramel is gonna pop up on the blog v soon but the other part of the fun will be saved for my upcoming ebook 4d

Currently devouring this matcha banana whip topped made with @kenkotea's organic matcha powder + topped with raw buckwheat cinnamon granola (added an immodest amount of coconut sugar + chips later haha bear with me) while browsing through yesterday's nature snaps (check previous post to get a glimpse). The richest people on earth owns more than 80% of the worlds funds and as long as they/the wealthiest countries are willing to lower their living standards (cars, flights etc) nothing is going to happen. 6d

But this is exactly when we have to take action and spreading these informations to people around us (and making cruelty free meals for those who seem interested in them) is a great place to start! peachandpeony These small fleamarket stands are located a little here and there at Södermalm. Take a stroll and you'll most likely to walk past one or two within 20 min approx! Met up with my relative and we shared this amazing raw lunch platter at @matapoteket – can't recommend this place enough!! They've got so much too choose from, from sweet treats and cold pressed juices to raw tapas + salad. It can be rather crowded at lunch time but the staff is the sweetest so it doesn't really matter. 2w

peachandpeony Family quality time over a delishimo vegan salad + coffee at @atriumkaffebar yesterday, seizing the last beam of sunshine before the dusk. This bowl of goodness contained mixed greens, groats (oat berries) and lemon and herbs hummus; perfectly balance with a slice of wholemeal rye bread. Gladly recommend this gem for everyone who wants to enjoy a classic fika (Swedish coffee break tradition including cake or snack) or simply are looking for a healthy vegan lunch 2w

peachandpeony Tuesday oatmeal pancake feast to celebrate I'm officially done with the recipe index for my ebook! 30 vegan sweet breakfast + dessert recipes (of which half of them both GF and refined sugar free), a couple of helpful tips when making raw treats and some bonus features as well --------------------------------------------------Questions for you: 1. I was thinking about adding a nut-free cheesecake recipe because almost every raw cake includes nuts in some form and 2. I'm also tempted to add some classic Swedish treats (turned healthy).
