paulajoye Day 17 #justgetitin challenge and I'm sore. Have been going a little harder this past week and my muscles are heavy with fatigue.

Yesterday, I ran and did a 30 minute circuit and this morning, I did 45 minute Nike Training Club Shredder session which shredded me. I've also noticed how dehydrated I'm getting with all the extra workouts. When you exercise you lose lots of water through sweating which will make your muscles tired. Staying hydrated helps your heart pump blood around your body, making your muscles work more effectively. 😎 So, I've have found a way to make water more interesting: put bubbles and fruit in it.

paulajoye One of the reasons I exercise regularly is to manage my anxiety.
Exercise gives the stress somewhere to go. Clears focus and evens out mood kinks. Taking workout time everyday instead of every other day has definitely made an impact. I'm more physically exhausted which is making it easier to switch off my brain at night. Someone described it to me beautifully- @shellyhorton1: exercise lets your brain power down.

Do you find working out enhances your mood? Changes your outlook? Mellows you out?😎 Day 11 #justgetitin Fitness Challenge and I did an 8km run. It rained a bit which was awesome because It lets me pretend I'm in a @nike commercial.

  •   sandisieger I'd been working all morning. I had an early dinner in the city. It was hot and sticky in Melbourne. But I looked at the clock and thought 'If I don't go now, I won't get it in.' So I threw on the runners and went. 30 minutes. Felt so much better. Tick. Just get it in. Simple. But so darn effective. Thank you, Paula 4w
