paleobites It is SO easy to cook a quick and healthy meal for yourself. Chopped up carrot and sweet potato really small, cooks so much quicker and is a lot more tasty (surface area to volume ratio) mixed it in a bowl with salt, pepper, ground coriander and garlic. Blasted in the oven at 220 degrees celsius. Meanwhile I picked some rosemary and tyme and rubbed it on the rump steak then fried it in coconut oil. Daaaah dah!   •   noodfood @lcrystal26 you should always eat within 45 minutes of your workout, and this meal should be the biggest of your day. High protein and loads of fresh vegetables. Steak, fish or chicken is a great base then pair with a wicked salad or roasted vegetables. A boiled egg or two is also delicious! 1y

paleobites What do I do when I'm craving something sweet? Organic Greek yoghurt, berries, coconut and cinnamon.   •   notsofastfoodtruck Full fat Greek yogurt is used in a lot of paleo recipes...as is GF cheese and butter. There are benefits to eating GF dairy. Raw milk also has tons of great benefits...btw, this looks phenomenal! :) 2y
