paigepal ️RED VELVET PROTEIN WAFFLE BITES

Saw about a million people on Facebook repost a video on how to make red velvet waffle bites with icing, so I decided to put my own twist on it
1 serving kodiak cakes buttermilk and honey waffle mix
1 serving of @cellucor red velvet protein powder
2 tbs of cream cheese

Mia the protein and waffle mix and add a little water at a time while stirring. Don't add all at once or the mix will be clumpy. Cook in a waffle maker or like a pancake and top with cream cheese

paigepal AVOCADO SHAKE

I would be lying if I said I wasn't scared to try this. I had uneasy feelings about putting an avocado in a shake mixed with protein....but as soon as I had a sip....I literally said "omg" out loud. This is the most delicious shake I've EVER had.
1/2 avocado, 50 grams of blueberries, 50 grams of spinach, 100 grams of cucumber, 1/4 cup of cashew milk, and 1 serving of Whey DNA Vanilla Protein.
Don't knock it until you try it!!! You won't be disappointed!!! #AvocadoShake

paigepal Eye Round Steak Tzatziki Salad....with obviously the exception of my Italian roots and love for Italian food, Greek food it pretty much tied with it . Opt for some Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip (that stuff that comes on your gyros and pita bread) instead of salad dressing. I use a Greek yogurt version by Sabra (those peeps that make that realllyyyy good hummus). Give it a shot!!! 2mon

paigepal SNOW DAY SUGAR COOKIE PROTEIN CAKE ️ All I ever want to do on a snow day is bake...and yesterday I had a serious super bowl carvel cheat so I obviously couldn't do it again....so why not a sugar cookie cake instead?!

1 scoop PEscience Snickerdoodle protein
2 tbs coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
46g egg substitute
1/2 cup almond milk

Add
All dry ingredients and stir, then add add the egg substitute, and a stevia packet (if you prefer) and stir. Add a little bit of almond milk and stir. Keep adding the almond milk little by little and stir. Don't add it all at once because then the consistency will be clumpy. Make sure the end result is not watery...you may not need to add all of the almond milk.
Put in the microwave for 60 seconds and then check to see if you need to add more time. I ended up needing to microwave it for 1:45 but other people have used 1 minute based on the brands of coconut powder they use.

Top with whateva fits for you!! I used fat free cool whip, walden farms syrup, and cinnamon.
