paigepal Fail to prepare, prepare to fail! Today I have work all day and into the night so I have my snacks and meal replacements on board with me. I have with me a protein pancake, almonds, peanut butter, a casein protein shake, and my big jug of aminos (green apple right now ). I'm a server so I have to have things that are quick and easy to eat....and FYI, I made all these things at the same time and took a total of 15 MINUTES. Don't let the weekend kill your goals! Hope everyone's weekend goes accordingly 🏼!! 7d

paigepal Whenever I'm reallyyyy short on time I always pay a visit to @seaquastjames to stay on my plan. They have the best lettuce wraps EVER. This one particularly is grilled chicken, alpine swiss, mushrooms, sundries tomoatoes, and a little bit of honey mustard . So delicious and keeps you fuller for longer than having a full carb wrap with less than half the calories 😇. Happy cutting everyone 🏼 3w

paigepal So many people I've seen over the last couple of weeks have asked me this same question over and over again: "What supplements are you taking?" The question drives me up a wall because so many people think the supplements are the answer to their fitness/weight loss goals. Well, I'll let you all know, the number one supplement I take is SLEEP. That's right. I make sure I get my 8+ hours every single night. When you're sleep deprived, your leptin levels decrease, which slows down your metabolism. Being sleep deprived also makes you more hungry. By getting enough sleep, your body has enough energy to get through the day and you're not constantly craving a bagel and loaded coffee and red bulls for your body to have sustained energy. So make it appoint to get enough sleep! I have 3 jobs, I'm personally trained 3x a week, and I do cardio right now about 4-5 times a week some more lifting in between. Sleep is my number one priority. Every night before bed, I drink bedtime tea and make sure my work clothes are ready to go in the morning so I can sleep peacefully and don't have to rush (and maybe get 15 more minutes of sleep after my first iPhone alarm goes off ). So everyone try and get more Z's in! 😴 Your body will thank you for it! Goodnight 1mon

paigepal I'm am eternally grateful for these two. They've been with me through it all. They understand my struggles and just when I feel like giving up, they're always there to lift me up.
