"I've always been active & identified as an athlete, playing soccer & basketball in college. Three years ago I struggled through mono, became less active & ate my way through it. I put on about 30lbs, & put my life on hold, avoiding social situations until I "lost the weight". I couldn't hide anymore. Deep down I knew I would be happier working towards a new goal & improving my fitness, so decided to reach out to @PaigeHathaway. This decision has changed my life! Over the past 6 weeks I've totally committed to my meal, workout plans, morning cardio & a trip later on to lift. I've stopped questioning my ability to lose weight, to be happy. Life is easier, more enjoyable & I've fallen in love with fitness all over again. My focus on my energy level & strength more so than my weight has helped. For the first time I'm not fixating on my weight. I'm feeling better than I have in years, excited to start each day & continue this lifelong commitment to my health as the mental, physical, emotional are all connected. I'm realizing I am worth it."

  •   kassielfering I know Morgan and she's not sucking in. I was just at a party on Sunday and GUYS were commenting on how good she looks in the gym now. She's been in the gym working her ass off. She's showed me her meal plans and they are all HEALTHY. She's not eating "400" calories a day. She's not only doing cardio, she's eating clean and working her ass off. She's beautiful now and was even more beautiful before. These comments are sick. 20min

Took me a few years to find my calling, to be completely happy with myself, to be self excepting of my flaws and to learn how to turn my weaknesses into my strengths. I encourage you to put your best foot forward, no matter how hard- to look at the positive in any situation, Big or small- to never give up on your dreams, to go to sleep and wake up each and every day loving the reflection you see.

#PhFit Coconut Chocolate Bars
I challenge you to make these & not eat them all in one sitting lol! #SoYummy

What you need:
1 cup liquid Coconut Oil
2 cups unsweetened shredded Coconut
1/4 cup Honey
Pinch of Sea Salt
1 cup Dark Chocolate chips

What todo:
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl
(except for chocolate)
Line shallow pan with parchment paper.
Spread coconut mixture.
Pat down until layer is completely
flat then pop in the freezer until it turns solid.
Melt chocolate. Pour chocolate over coconut layer. Freeze one more time. When completely harden break/cut pieces & enjoy!

What do you want out of life..? You may say something like, I want to a live care-free, happy & easy life, to fall in love, to look perfect & have a nice body, make money, be popular & well-respected.
What's more interesting to me is what pain do you want? What are you willing to struggle for? Because that seems to be a greater determinant of how your life ends up. People want an amazing body, but unless you are legitimately dedicated & I mean waking up before work or spending an hour or two in the evening at the gym, unless you calculate & calibrate the food you eat- planning your week out with portions & macros. You can't have a pain-free life & succeed. It can't all be roses & unicorns. Once you know your goal, Choose how you are willing to suffer to achieve that goal. Because that's the hard question that matters. Pleasure is easy.
