Standing Bent Over Cable Rows (underhand grip)
4 sets x 10-12reps (60 sec. rest between sets)

I preform this exercise with kneeling lat pulldowns (see my website for demonstration "how to" video)
I touch on my website about why I preform some exercises kneeling and/or standing. Remember when you preform exercises standing, engage your (transverse abdominis) deepest layer by sucking in. paigehathaway It's a new week.. So let's KICK BUTT AND TAKE NAMES! Can I ask you something... When you wake up each morning, what is the passion that fuels you to start your day? If someone asked you "what drives you," what would your answer be?

Motivation is not something that can be given to you. Motivation must come from within. You have to want to be motivated and learn how to be motivated to successfully achieve your goals. You must focus on what you want to achieve, gather positive thoughts and ways to accomplish your goals, try to generate the feelings of accomplishment that you will experience when you reach your goals and go to sleep every night asking yourself "Did I do everything possible to reach my greatest potential today?"

Self MOTIVATION is curtal when achieving your goals but it is something that can be obtained by all of us. You must truly dig deep within yourself and you must want it. You must really want it. To the point where no matter what gets in your way you won't quit, you won't give up because your self motivated and you have one goal in mind. Your goals are never too big, it all just depends on how bad you really want it. SO, KICK BUTT AND TAKE NAMES! And as you go, cross of the check list of littler tasks to achieve the bigger picture, your main goal. You got this!! Lets go!!!

What you need:
Gluten free tortillas
@Nutella
Banana
Strawberries
@FlavorGod Chocolate Donut seasoning

What to do: Lay out tortillas. Spread Nutella on half of the tortillas. Scatter slices of bananas and strawberries over #Nutella.. Fold in half and cut into triangles!

Fitness expos are truly one of the highlights of my career! Meeting you guys all around the world is so humbling and it truly gives me life! Y'all motivate me so much and it's amazing that we all are connected by such a life changing thing... Our health and fitness. The gym brought us tougher and the motivation we find through each other inspires us to go further in life.... What a magical thing!

  •   jlindquist20 I started working out because of my lack of confidence, through school I was always the dorky kid in glasses an braces an in secondary school ( high school ) I got acne also. I had really low self esteem an hated myself , had few friends And I never had a relationship with a girl through the whole of my school days , by the end of school I started to begin looking better an believing in myself through dieting an healthy living by being active with more sports and eating a lot of fruit and just drinking loads of water, an by doing that I lost the acne , then my braces came out shortly after. my confidence began to grow and grow that's when I started working out with my best friend, and carried on through college days and then continued years later after work. but lately I've been letting my work and my relationship take over my life to much and @paigehathaway , her words of wisdom have inspired me to do me again. focus on improving myself, I know I can achieve what I want to when I set my mind on it. New diet plan and gym routine. 🤓 #fighter!#dedicatedrealist 2d

  •   dorinefitt People used to call me an anorexia patient because I was so skinny you could see my bones. (I didn't have the disease) So I started in the fitness and my body changed a lot. After a couple of months I fell totaly in love with fitness and with the way it's possible to change your body when you work hard. So now I workout because 1. I love it and 2. paigehathaway DOUBLE CHOCOLATE AVOCADO BROWNIES WITH AVOCADO PROTEIN FROSTING

TAG SOMEONE WHO LOVES SWEETS
Ingredients:
2 cups dark chocolate
2 tbsp Coconut oil
3 avocados, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup honey or sugar free maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
@Flavorgod chocolate donut sprinkles

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line square baking pan with parchment paper. Put the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl set over simmering water, without it touching the water. Melt the chocolate, stirring until smooth then remove from heat and set aside. Place the avocados in a blender and blend until smooth. You will need about 1 cup of avocado puree. Stir the avocado, honey and vanilla extract into the chocolate. Next, add the eggs and mix well. Stir in the coconut flour and cocoa powder until the batter is smooth and forms more thick. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread to cover the pan and fill the corners. Smooth the top. Bake for 15-20minutes or until the top is completely firm to the touch. Remove from oven and cool completely in the pan before lifting the brownie from the pan.

No matter where you are in life, take time to find the beauty in the right here, right now. Even if or when you're faced with life's struggles, keep your chin up. Pain is only temporary if you have the belief of a fighter. Let me tell you a little secret.. Come in close.. Pssst 'We are all fighters'. You're fight, I'm a fighter, you're neighbor is a fighter and those strangers you're going to encounter today, they are all fighters. I'm not talking about someone being trained in martial arts or a UFC fighter... I'm talking about the fire built inside you to surpass all the bullshit. Not someone who just stays afloat and exists but someone who always strives to be the best they can possibly be no matter the weather in their lives. When you're under attack in your own mind but you never allow the words 'I can't' or 'I give up' in your focus because you're too busy fighting for more, for better. We all are fighters. We all have that built deep deep down within us. I met so many fighters this weekend and they didn't let the darkness win. You can't, you must be a machine. A force so fearless in its potentialities such struggles are absolutely terrified of you because your struggles know that they might be able to try but they will never ever win. Because you.. You're a fighter. #imafighter
