Bent Over Reverse Grip Cable Rows #TryThis
•Sometimes cables are hard to lock down in the gym (If that's the case) You can preform the same movement using a pronated (palms facing down) grip using dumbbells/barbell. Try 3-4 sets of 15-12 reps

Protein Ezekiel Bread French Toast Sticks

TAG SOMEONE WHO LOVES BREAKFAST

What you need:
Ezekiel Bread (here I used Cinnamon Raisin)
2 Egg Whites
1 scoop #SHREDZ Protein
(Cinnamon Bun flavor)
1/2 cup Milk (here I used Coconut Milk)
Sugar Free Syrup
Non-stick pan spray

What to do:
In bowl whisk egg whites, #SHREDZ protein and milk. Skillet on medium heat - sprayed with non-stick spray - dip each side of Ezekiel bread in egg mixture. Place bread on skillet and cook a few minutes each side or until golden brown. Cut into French toast sticks and serve with sugar free syrup!

paigehathaway The Beauty of Stairs

TAG A FRIEND YOU WANT TO DO THIS WITH!

A great way to speed strength train is by running stairs. Stairs are wonderful because it works your hamstrings, glutes, thighs and calves. Stairmaster machines in your gym work the same muscles, but doesn’t allow you the same speed and extension of movement as the real thing does. Plus getting outside and enjoying the beautiful outdoors while exercising in my opinion - doesn't even compare!

Safely, you can do many different steps patterns on stairs. One of my favorites most challenging step patterns is called the "bunny hop" - Don't be mad at me when your legs are super sore the next day.

Here I am alternating sprints stepping every other step, bunny hops and this new exercise where you trip over yourself lol

Growth and change may be painful, but nothing in life is as painful as staying stuck where you don’t belong.

If you want to create the life and career success you want / deserve, you have to have the courage to do things that might result in failure, criticism or rejection. I can promise you that everything will fall into place eventually. Until then, learn what you can, work extremely hard, live in the moments, and know your worth - doing everything you can everyday to be the best you possible.
