Hey Friends/Family!!! It's that time again!!! I'll be running the runDisney Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend in a few weeks Sept 5-6th I'll be doing the Dumbo Double Dare, which means I'll be running the 10K Saturday and the Half Marathon Sunday. I'll be running to raise funds on behalf of The Children's Hospital of California (CHLA). It would be a a great help if anyone can donate whatever they can to my fundraising page through CHLA.

operation_beastmode ::RANT:: Overtraining is not only detrimental to you physically, but becomes mentally damaging as well. Many people believe that going beastmode 24/7 is the way to gain that dream physique. When in reality a mix of exercise, nutrition, and rest each play a key role. You can’t eat shit all the time. You can’t have intense 2... 3… 4... -a day workouts every day. You can’t skip rest days or mobility work. And you definitely can’t keep lying to yourself. Reaching real physical goals requires some sacrifice. When you over train, you are more likely to either plateau or cause stress that’ll build up an even greater injury. Within the 4 years I started really giving a damn about my health, I’ve learned a great deal. I learned how to love and appreciate my body. To appreciate its strengths, nurture its weaknesses and feed my soul. When I’m tired I rest and when I’m hungry I eat. What’s 20% off of my time to work out late at night or prep meals… compared to 80% of a normal life. Choosing to live this way is because it’s a hobby, not a career. So I’m not going to beat myself up over a lousy workout or a greasy meal. No more "I'm bulking" because that's just an easy way for me to say I'm just gaining unnecessary weight. I just want to live a healthy life. 1w

  •   operation_beastmode @lucythuytrang and they taste as good as they look @jay_suhhhnn ooh I haven't tried mango and almonds. imma have to try that next @cherie_amour05 lol but you live too far @pawshi12 1/3 cup oats. 1/2 cup any type of milk + any fruits/toppings your heart desires. Sometimes I'll add honey but this didn't need it... The chocolate almond milk is amazing too!... They can be ready to eat in a few hours but overnight(s) work for me. Easy to just grab and go. It's like fresh cold cereal. 3w

operation_beastmode How to make myself sane. To the left was last night's meal with @allday_jjay and to the right is the other half of my burger for lunch today. Although by nature I could have easily inhaled that whole burger but I know it's not the right choice. The eat 1/2 now save the rest for later works really well for me. I hope to keep it this way for a while longer. #fattymcfatfatfat #operationhungry 3w
