nikoleherriott Great breakfast with @gjustabakery and @graydonpictures this morning. Plus, we saw an advance copy of the @gjelinarestaurant cookbook we shot together and it's beautiful! Can't wait to share it with you guys. 1w

nikoleherriott Drying cherries for the first time. Any tips? 1mon
  •   louie_bastien Place them cut side up Nikole it will preserve the juice in the cherry as it dries @nikoleherriott 1mon
  •   nikoleherriott @louie_bastien I used a cherry pitter this time. Will try that next time, thanks! 1mon
  •   crockandjar Pitting is how I do it. Check them and pull out the dry ones as they go. My only tip is to not over dry them but over dry is better than not dry enough. Also once they're dry put them all in a jar that's big enough that they only fill it halfway. Shake them every day for about three days and it will redistribute moisture so the ones that are a little too dry will balance out the ones that are a little too wet. 1mon
  •   victoriakrupa Ask your Mum ! 1mon
  •   nikoleherriott @victoriakrupa I don't think she's ever done cherries? Do you remember her doing them? 1mon
  •   jennnclark The sour ones are tastier than the sweet 1mon
  •   victoriakrupa No I think every other fruit though! Plums were my fav ! 1mon
  •   m1571 Only canned cherries...@victoriakrupa...and Jeremy always ate the all! 1mon
