nattychristine Proof of the elusive L-sit! Working on getting my legs up a little more, but I'm at 3 sets of 20 seconds. All of my pull-up work is paying off. I've been working on dead hangs and flexed arm hangs each workout, working up to 2 minutes of each. I can now do emoms of strict, dead hang chin-ups, and today did 7. I'll work up to 10 then start stringing them together. nattychristine I am making gains! I am beyond excited for my progress on this program. A month ago I would break parallel on a dip and not be able to get out of the bottom. Today: no problem and got a few reps in! A week ago I could only hold an isometric chin-up hold at the top for :14, and today: :43! (I do a total of 2:00 every workout and 2:00 static dead hang). Also added another rung to my kb press/ring row ladder.
