natashamprice Post leg workout protein Paleo waffles topped with chocolate #PB2, frozen berries & @247lifeaustralia almonds & seeds protein mix You'll need: 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder, 2 tsp coconut flour, 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 egg & 3-6 tbsp almond milk (add milk gradually because it depends on the consistency of your protein powder). Directions: 1. Spray waffle iron with coconut oil. 2. Whisk protein powder, coconut flour, coconut sugar & baking powder together. 3. Add in egg & almond milk & whisk again. 4. natashamprice Straight from the surgeons office into the gym. Got the approval to drive & go back to the gym again 🏼 Halfway through post-op rehab on the elbow. Still not allowed to do any upper body lifting for another 6 weeks but incredibly bloody stoked to be back in my happy place 🏼️...now I just need to get my gains back! 🏼 #FitChickGotSurgery #ComeBackGains 3w
